- Patrick (6/5): Ok apartment but needs more upkeep - The apartment is located close to U1 station which gives great connectivity to Vienna, some shops close by allow you to pick up supplies. The check in process was sent to me twice, which I presumed to be an error, however it appears that the apartment I had originally booked was already booked. The host arranged another apartment in the same location after 20 minutes. The apartment itself whilst not the one we originally booked, was well appointed but was tired around the edges, with marks on walls and stains on soft furnishings. Some of the cups and glasses were stained too. Overall the apartment was ok, ok value but could do with some more upkeep to bring it up a level.

- Adam (1/5): This place needs to be taken off booking.com for a THOROUGH cleaning break. - A brief walk to the subway, very easy to get to the center. Many shops in the area. Parking is a great plus. The apartment was filthy. Not just dirty - filthy. There were cockroaches, ants and kitchen moths. Thick layers of dust, sticky everything in the kitchen. Horribly dirty fridge and washing machine. Gluey dirt in the shower. To answer the owners regarding checkin at 12 - we arrived at 13.45 and asked for early checkin. Unfortunately the cleaning was in progress and we had to wait till 3pm to get the key so this excuse is a total BS.

- Rafał (9/5): Very nice place and a very pleasant stay. - Very nice and convenient location. Spacious and well-equipped apartment with a nice sunny terrace. New building with elevator and private parking space. Good contact with the host. We were missing a few small things, such as dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, coffee machine capsules, and towel hangers. A wardrobe with clothes hangers would also be useful.

- Federico (8/5): Very good - Amazing place, close to the metro and supermarket. Really comfortable and silent. A perfect place to stay to visit Vienna. I had to call the host because he didn't answer to the e-mail.
