• Iqbali (3/5): Poor - Location. Have many small cockroaches. I had to buy Shieldtox and spray myself during the entire duration. Have bad smell throughout the entire place. I bought room spray to use. Next guest can use it because have some remaining spray. Bedsheets have stains. Towels we dirty. Have blood stains. Disappointing.

• Jia (5/5): It was a okay stay. Don’t expect anything - The location is at the city Center. Easy accessible to the town. Property owner responded very fast when we had issue Only one remote control for aircond provided. We can’t adjust the Temperature at the middle of the night as it was in other room. Fines will be imposed for unclean dishes, but we were given uncleaned pot and no cleaning sponge is provided (we had to buy it ourselves) Pillows were extremely soft, is worse than any pillow u can find in the market

• Poongan (8/5): The homestay is very clean and well maintain but the host respond is very bad. - The facilities in the condominim is really good. The unit is very clean and furnish with all necessities. Besides that, the location is really good, easy access to KLCC, KL central and many more places. I really dont like the host. Only reply through the Booking email, not respond for call and whatsapp messages. I having issue to get into the unit at 2am even though i informed host that i will check in late. When i call, he not answer my call. Somehow, i contact co-host to resolve the issue in guard house. Besides that, this unit has three room. All bedroom room and living room has air-conditioner but only has one remote to control all for air-cond. Apart from that, only living room and master bedroom has the ceiling fan, other none. There is no additional pillow for additional mattress. Host need to add more pillow and mattress as well.
