• Silke (7/5): im Sommer sicher toll - ganz neues Hotel - Wir waren (gefühlt) die einzigen Gäste, das Hotel war bereits im Winterschlaf-Modus. Das Restaurant war geschlossen. Man hat sich aber sehr um uns bemüht und uns mit der Heizung geholfen und am kommenden Morgen ein kleines Frühstück gerichtet. Im Sommer ist dieses Hotel sicher genial wenn es so aussieht wie auf den Bildern. So sah es ein wenig trostlos aus und die stark befahrene Straße in der Nähe der Anlage hat auch nicht aufgeheitert.

• Vera (8/5): Amazing days in Byala at Casa Deniso. The view is amazing, the great beach of Byala was beautiful place to visit just 2 - The view, the facilities, the great hospitality from the owners and the great atmosphere at Byala beach. The staff besides the owners could have been a bit more proactive with their service - but they were all very kind and helpful with everything whenever we needed them.

• Christina (8/5): - Very clean, nice atmosphere and stylish interior, great view. Breakfast is à la cart with limited options which was okay for us. You could choose one dish per person, one hot and a cold drink. The door of our bedroom clattered with every gust of wind. Thin walls, you could hear other guests sneeze upstairs.
• Yves (9/5): Nice hotel with a wonderful view - Verry nice hotel with a beautiful view on the sea and mountains. There’s a wondurfull pool with lots of nice loungers. Also the food They serve is of high quality. The cleaning crew only started cleaning the reception-dining area-terrace at 8am, which meant you were disturbed by these working people during breakfast (which is only possible from 8.30-9am).
• Ilias (8/5): Overall decent stay with a nice view - The room and view from the dining area was very nice. The pool was refreshing and the area there comfortable. The hotel was very accessible. To hotel restaurant also had decent food. The breakfast even though it was acceptable, you had to order from a menu and only pick one option. In my opinion the charges were very small for this to make sense since you have to pay 6 euros extra every time you go for breakfast just to order one more thing. Just make the entire breakfast catalog included for all guests and charge the restaurant guests in the evening 2-3 euros more…

• Corina (10/5): Amazing view, great staff and very high-class property. - The view, the location, the pool, the room and the staff. As discussed with the owner in the future they will equip the rooms with a kettle and coffee and tea for the guests. Apart from that, a fridge would be very useful to have in the rooms as during the night the bar and restaurant are closed and the closest place to buy something to drink is a gas station, a bit far from the property.

Относно стаите: Липсата на достатъчно кошчета; В стаите няма сешоар. Налични в хотела са ограничен брой при поискване, което създава известно неудобство. Относно СПА центъра: Джакузито не работеше; Сауната и парната баня работят с предварителна уговорка; Басейнът е по-малък, отколкото изглежда на снимките; В СПА центъра няма тоалетна. Относно ресторанта: Сервираха ни храна, която три минути по-късно взеха с думите "Извинете, това не е за Вас"; Менютата за закуската бяха на смачкани, хръвчащи листи; Закуската ни не включваше всички компоненти посочени в менюто. Цялостно - цената надхвърля възможностите на хотела като удобства.

• Bianca (7/5): 10 pentru curatenie si design-ul hotelului, 4 pentru experienta cu personalul! - Locatie noua, frumos decorata, curatenie, pat confortabil, mic dejun gustos. Politica hotelului privind accesul cu animalele s-a modificat dupa ce am facut rezervarea, insa nu a existat vreo informare in acest sens, iar cand am ajuns la hotel alaturi de patrupedul meu, mi s-a zis ca nu am anuntat ca voi veni impreuna cu cainele, iar camera pe care o rezervasem si achitasem (camera superioară cu vedere la mare) nu-mi poate fi oferita si ca imi vor da o alta camera cu vedere la oras. Aspect cu care nu am fost de acord, intrucat achitasem suplimentar pentru camera respectiva si pentru confortul meu. Dupa discutii lungi prin care aruncau vina pe noi ca nu i-am anuntat (lucru pe care si eu il spuneam personalului, nu sunt vinovata ca intr-o luna ei au schimbat politica hotelului, fara vreo informare in acest sens), nu am fost de acord sa ma cazez intr-o alta camera, astfel m-au pus sa las un depozit de 100 de euro pentru a ma lasa cu cainele in camera respectiva. O lipsa de comunicare care a dus la un disconfort pe care mi l-au creat inca de cand am ajuns, asadar prima seara a fost stricata doar ca urmare a unor discutii inutile, intrucat puteau de la inceput sa ma puna sa le las depozitul si sa nu mai incerce sa ma convinga sa stau intr-o alta camera. Concluzia lor a fost sa las depozitul si sa nu las niciodata cainele singur in camera, asadar 3 zile a trebuit sa tin cainele la 45 de grade afara de dimineata pana noaptea, ca oricat le-as fi explicat ca este senior si extrem de cuminte, nu au vrut sa inteleaga. Eram alaturi de inca o familie, daca ne-ar fi dat banii inapoi pe cazare, preferam sa plecam, intrucat degeaba arata bine un hotel si se investeste in decorul lui, daca interesul lor primeaza mai mult decat confortul si siguranta clientilor.

• Alexandru (10/5): Vom reveni cu mare drag în acest loc, ne-am simțit foarte bine petrecând 3 nopți în această locație superbă. - O locație foarte frumoasă, personal foarte amabil și primitor. Mâncare bună. Piscină îngrijită. Trebuie să vă deplasați cu mașina până la o plajă mai ok.

It is the nicest hotel in the area without doubt Breakfast was a choice of 4 things. One morning didn't have one of the choices. Have to pay for more than one coffee at breakfast. Only place that has done that in 2 months of European travel. If they can review that and improve it would be perfect Was still a lovely breakfast though

• Iliyan (10/5): - Персоналът беше много любезен. Ресторантът предлагаше различни неща от масовите заведения. Стаите са обзаведени добре. Чистотата беше на ниво - блъснах се в стъклена врата мислейки си, че я няма. Липсата на асансьор.
• Inna (7/5): Nice hotel - Everything is fresh inside the hotel, quiet location, good restaurant, nice pool The breakfast has to be improved, not big choice, no kids menu, and need to wait around 30 minutes the cereals or toasts. Sometimes some meals were finished and we got half portion of pancakes … and every day the same menu for the breakfast. during 5 nights the bed linen never was changed, not good room cleaning . The hotel is good but many small issues have to be improved

Единственото нещо, което би могло да се подобри е по един хладилник и по една кана за топла вода в стаите, но дори и това не е кой знае какъв проблем.

• Mickaël (10/5): Chill & Cool - Très bel hôtel, calme, idéalement situé pour profiter d'une jolie vue sur la mer et les champs environnants. L'hôtel est décoré avec goût, et le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien insonorisées. Le restaurant sur place est également très bon, très qualitatif. Avec parking gratuit juste devant !

Заслужава си името Home of chill. Релакса е невероятен с музиката около басейна. Ще го посетим пак и пак и пак.... Няма как да има нещо отрицателно.

• Vesela (9/5): - The property is adorable. New, clean and modern, the staff is very kind. The room is big enough with a terrace and see view. A nice addition is the ceiling fan. The swimming pool area is very nice and calm. There is an Italian restaurant and bar. The only con for me was that there is no coffee machine in the room and the bar only opens at 8:30. So if you wake up earlier, you have no options. A coffee machine will definitely help the experience

• Alexandra (6/5): - Camerele frumoase, priveliștea extraordinară, foarte curat, doamnele de la curățenie i-au aranjat inclusiv jucăriile copilului, capuccino delicios, muzica de la piscină foarte plăcută Au uitat să ne comande la bucătărie mâncarea și soțul meu s-a culcat flamand închizându-se între timp ( celelalte restaurante sunt la o distanță destul de mare de mers pe jos) Cu un copil mic este o aventură să mergi pe jos până la plajă aproape imposibil cu căruciorul singură, am mers doar cu mașina și a fost destul de incomod Nu au lift și nici nu am văzut când am rezervat fapt pentru care din nou pentru familiile cu copii mici este un disconfort total, nu ai efectiv cum să stai să cari un căruț pe scări într-una plus copilul plus gentile Nu au luat nici o măsură cu privire la oamenii cazați care își lasă peste noapte prosoapele pe șezlonguri/ patul de la piscină și efectiv te trezești ca nu ai unde să te așezi la 7 dimineața, nefiind nimeni în acel moment

• Petru29 (9/5): Good quality but not ideal if traveling with pets - I think this is one of, if not the best, quality for price ratio you can get in the Byala area. The rooms are ok, everything is clean (you get new indoors slippers), you have a nice view of the sea and I think the town of Obzor. It looks nice even though it is seen from far away. The beach is at about 30 min walking distance or 4 minutes by car. The breakfast was ok although it didn't have much variety. The main choice was scrambled eggs with different ingredients. The place has lounge music playing and it gives a relaxed state vibe. For the normal menu, we had just one dish which was average, nothing to brag about, but the desserts were really good as was the lemonade. - The specific room we had, didn't have a mini-fridge and hair dryer - Although the hotel is advertised as pet friendly, they have a weird pet policy... They don't allow for you to leave your dog unattended in the room even though you vouch that it is well behaved and I didn't think they would but they were quite serious about this rule... This can complicate the situation at times depending on your needs. In order to avoid discussions with the manager I would not return here with a dog. - They have one electric charging station for cars in their parking lot (which I was excited about), not owned by them, it's from another nation-wide company named Eldrive, but I was disappointed that it has only a CCS2 plug but if you need a Type 2 plug like I did, you're out of luck.

• Iuliia (10/5): A hidden gem where comfort, service, and beauty come together effortlessly. - An amazing new boutique hotel, built just last year — and quite possibly one of a kind in this price range for the area. We visited during the off-season and, by chance, had the entire place to ourselves. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, providing exceptional service and even surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade. The rooms are fresh, cozy, and offer panoramic views. The restaurant downstairs serves Italian cuisine — I highly recommend the fresh sea bass, and the pear and cheese salad was also outstanding. The beach is just a short walk away.

• Adrian (10/5): Ne am simțit ca în Bali - Personal amabil, hotelul este nou în stil balinez , pat confortabil, micul dejun nu este bufet dar a fost delicios..piscina curata și totul în jur aranjat sa te simți bine.. Recomand și vom reveni cu drag! Pereții de la baie fiind din sticla nu oferă intimitate..ar fi bine o folie sablata măcar pe o porțiune..dar asta este nesemnificativ pe lângă toate celelalte de nota 10..

However, everything exceeded our expectations! We were delighted to receive a free upgrade to a larger apartment, which was stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and offering breathtaking views from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant was outstanding, featuring an open kitchen where you can watch your meals being freshly prepared. Every dish was flavorful and made with high-quality ingredients. Breakfast was a highlight—it’s not a buffet but a personalized experience with a chef preparing your meal just for you. We’re already planning to return in the summer. Casa Deniso is truly a hidden gem along this stretch of the seaside, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional getaway!
