• Камен (10/5): Great location, modern studio flat, communication with host and building housemen was very good! - Great small modern studio flat, very welcoming with the folded tallows and small chocolates! The location is 10/10 - very close to almost all points of interest (walking distance) such as the Duomo di Milano, the castle and the city centre. Very good communication with the host! Also, the building housemen Gabriel is very kind, attentive and willing to assist you with everything.

• Terry (8/5): NIce room and affordable for Milan. Great doorman! - The host did not meet us upon arrival but the doorman was there. He let us in but said he was unaware we were coming (even though we had communicated with the host regarding the time of our arrival). He called our host to confirm and then gave us the keys and took us to our room. The doorman was really exceptional - very helpful and gracious. The room was quiet and private and the little kitchen was handy. Good shower and the room was very clean. A little out of the way but still able to get where we wanted to go - Duomo, museums, etc.. The bedding was just okay, sheets a little small for the bed and a couple of lumpy pillows - easy enough for the host to fix.

• Gokdje (10/5): Nice studio flat in the good neighbourhood. - It was a clean, nicely decorated studio. No breakfast is served, but there is a coffee nearby with nice options. The wardrobe was above the bed, so it was hard to hang the clothes.

• Makiko (10/5): Super pleasant stay because of the owner's warm hospitality - Since I was arriving late night, I requested for something to eat in next morning to put in fridge and pay later. The owner was so kind to purchase more than I need and even didn't ask for a charge. During the stay, she kept good communication with me, and I had really pleseant stay because of that. The only thing I was little worried was key cylinder was loose at the door. During my stay, it functioned ok, but sometimes it was hard to lock or un-lock.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's excellent location and accessibility. Situated in a charming neighborhood, the hotel is easily reachable by public transportation and offers a variety of amenities within close proximity. One of the highlights of this hotel is its convenient location. My friend and I even opted to walk to the city center, specifically Piazza Duomo, which was easily doable and allowed us to explore the city at our own pace. Despite being situated near bustling areas, the apartment itself was located on the back site, shielding us from any street noise and ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The apartment itself was newly furnished, clean, and provided us with all the necessary conveniences. It was evident that great attention had been given to the design and functionality of the space. We felt right at home with the comfortable amenities provided. Stefano and his wife, the hosts of the apartment hotel, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free, and they were readily available to assist us with any inquiries or recommendations we needed. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. If I were to provide any feedback, it would be a minuscule suggestion regarding the absence of a hook in the bathroom. Nonetheless, this minor detail did not detract from the overall comfort and satisfaction we experienced during our stay. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this Appartement Hotel to fellow travelers. The combination of its fantastic location, clean and well-equipped apartments, and the attentive care provided by Stefano and his wife make it an excellent choice for a memorable stay in Milan.
