• Gallut (8/5): Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour dans ce logement : nous étions 4 et aucun souci ! - Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement tout d’abord : proche de commerces de proximité et de restaurants, mais aussi de lignes de bus et du métro. Ensuite, le logement est spacieux et agréable. Le quartier est tranquille. Nous y avons été bien.Enfin, la literie est confortable. Nous avons tout apprécié.
• E.J. (8/5): Heerlijk appartement op redelijke afstand naar het centrum. - Ruimte en de heerlijke douche. En natuurlijk het contact met de host! Lag wat verder van een directe lijn naar het centrum af.
• Marial (10/5): We had a wonderful stay — the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. - Exactly as advertised, in a well centred area of London so very easy to get around, also very quiet. As far as the home, it was very comfortable inside, especially the beds! The host is polite, and responds promptly.

• Paulo (8/5): - Nous avons aimé l’emplacement ainsi que le confort de l’habitation. C’est très bruyant. Les voisins mettent de la musique à partir de 8 heures du matin et jusqu’à des 23 heures. Ils sont très bruyants et ça n’a pas l’air de les déranger.
• Sophie (7/5): - Good communication with host, easy to access and good location. The property is quite tired and does need updating. There is chipped paint in the sink, some dirt/mould on the back of the bathroom door that should be looked at too.

• Josephine (8/5): Convenient and easy stay. - Well supplied with everything that could be needed for a short stay. Reasonably spacious, clean and well located for public transport. Given the price it's a minor gripe, but the furniture and decoration were on the shabby side.
• Benjamin (8/5): Nice accommodation, friendly Host - Hannah was very kind and we were able to leave our luggage at the appartment at 11:30. Communication regarding check-in and check-out worked very well. The location of the appartment is very good, you can get to underground or bus stops very quickly, and therefore also to central London very quickly.

• Stephanie (4/5): Very disappointing and definitely not charming - The location and the quiet Mould on the walls and bathroom. Minimum provided in terms of comfort, blankets, furniture. Everything felt cheap, ugly and tasteless. Not enough blankets. Minimal kitchen ware. Curtains or blinds , where they existed don't open. Very obvious that apart from cleaning the place there is no other care invested in it.

• Zoe (10/5): Lovely stay with great communication! - I booked this place last minute, and Hannah was incredibly swift in sharing all the check-in details. She’s very responsive to messages, which I truly appreciated. The check-in process and stay instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is fantastic, and the house is just as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I had a lovely stay with great communication throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again and highly recommend it!
• Evelin (8/5): - It was a great and comfortable place. Not too far from the centre, in a calm neighborhood. The bathroom was a bit moldy and there is no ventilation in the toilet.
• Victor (7/5): Functional and good value. - Quiet residential location. It’s a bit worn out. Sheets were not that clean. Not of mould in bathroom. Furniture a bit random.
• Rachael (8/5): Perfect location, nice and quiet but close enough to the tube to travel into Wembley or the city - Location was ideal and very close to the tube stations. The area was nice and quiet. One of the bedrooms has a blind that couldn't open so no natural light could come in. The blind in the other bedroom was very difficult to close as the pull cord was broken but we managed to close it in the end.

• Mounir Alain (8/5): - Quartier résidentiel et calme (sauf lorsque les voisins font la fête). Il y a 3 stations de métro à 10 minutes du logement. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. Dommage de ne pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres au rez-de-chaussée lorsqu'il fait chaud.
• Shana (9/5): A lovely stay in the heart of London! - We had a wonderful stay at Dale House on Abbey Road. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Baker Street, Regent’s Park, and 30-minute walk to London Central Mosque. The flat was spacious and well-equipped for a family stay, with two full bedrooms, a separate bath and toilet, a cozy living room with an extra bed, and a kitchen. We appreciated the ironing facilities, baby cot, plenty of utensils, and TV with lots of channels. Parking on the curb was easily available overnight (6:30 PM to 8:00 AM), and daytime parking was manageable via JustPark nearby. Our host Hannah messaged on Whatsapp with all the instructions. She was really sweet. The common backyard space was very pretty too. There was a lingering smell of weed in the carpet from a previous guest, which was unfortunate and is hard to get rid of. While everything else was great, this was the only downside (but did not affect the experience).

• Madeline (8/5): Great value for family holiday in London. - The location was excellent with nearby underground stations. We were comfortable in the flat being family group of five. The neighborhood is quiet and you will see your occasional fox.
• Sheteh (10/5): One of the best places I have stayed in London - It was an excellent house for me and my family. Everything was as described. We totally loved every minute spent there. I have two babies and they were very comfortable around the house, something unsual in most places. The cot was comfortable for my youngest baby and the facilities were amazing. My cousins who came with me were also impressed by the place, considering its cost. We will definitely be going back there anytime we are in London. I cannot think of anything negative about this property. Probably just to mention that the third bedroom also doubles as the living room. As such, there is no separate third bedroom and a separate living room.

• John (9/5): Superb - The property itself was neat and tidy with all the necessities. Spread over two levels, the apartment has a rear grassed area that could be used to tire out the children. With Abbet Road landmarks, a walk away, we had a relaxed time during our overnight visit. Parking is available in nearby streets during off-peak periods, and public transport is close by.

• Zoe (10/5): Great experience and super helpful host - The place is extremely convenient for us. There are bus stops, overground and underground stations at a few minutes walking distance. Euston is just 1 stop by train and Baker Street is less than 10 min by bus. And finally, Abbey Road Studios is just around the corner which was great! You can travel anywhere without any hassle. We had a nice stay and everything was extremely clean, which was great :) The host and the team were amazing and very quick to address any concern. Definitely will come back. Thanks for having us.

(10/5): Beautiful House in a good location, very clean, lovely host - *Lovely host, always responsive and helpful. *Great Location, located in between three stations but also located on a peaceful street. *Clean and Comfy House. *Very reasonable price comparing others. Definitely worth the money. *Safe and secure place. *Supermarkets, Cafes, Restaurants nearby. I will be coming back, thank you Hannah!
