Shannon (10/5): Exceptional - Everything the room was set up really well and everything was clean. The only complaints I can think of is not having control of the thermostat it was very hot, and the bugs. We had a lot come in leaving the window cracked.
Margrit (9/5): I like the place, but as an older person traveling alone l really need internet in case of an emergency. - Fabulous views, nice comfortable bed. Great indoor pool. No internet . It was spotty during the day around the property and in the apartment, but totally nonexistent at night
Lawton (10/5): Just perfect! - Beautiful, clean, and spacious property with lovely views! Well stocked with necessities, beds are comfortable and gourmet coffee pods enhanced the experience! About 20 min from Interlaken but the stunning lake views on the way are well worth it!!!

Maybe clearify that the keys were to be picked up at the hotel reception :) shopping/grocery options were limited
