• Yuri Bruno (5/5): Qualità prezzo troppo alta da una struttura di 150€ a notte ti aspetti molto di più. - Alla fine la posizione era l’unica cosa positiva. Bagno vecchio, al mio arrivo la caldaia era spenta ho dovuto aspettare 1 ora per farmi la doccia, le persiane nn si chiudono perché ormai datate, Wi-Fi inesistente.

• maria mercedes (3/5): - El depto es lindo y cómodo Lo peor de todo , me mandaron un video para hacer el check in , lo cual no funcionaba el link , no sabía q depto era , y tampoco el código, un desastre , no te contestan el teléfono llame y mande mensajes y nunca contestaron. La verdad muy horrible al llegar c una bebe y una señora mayor . El edificio súper viejo , es un piso por escalera , y luego 2 pasillos largos y angostos , en ningún momento aclara- las llaves casi no andan y se traban , no vayan , el miedo de quedarse afuera y no te dan respuesta , un desastre nunca volvería
• Cosmin (8/5): - Apartamentul arată exact ca în poze. Patul este mare și confortabil. Bucătăria are tot ce ai nevoie. 1. Accesul în proprietate este ceva de nedescris. În mod normal cu ajutorul unui link trimis de proprietar trebuia sa deschidem ușa de la intrarea n bloc, problema e ca linkul nu mergea. Doamna de la contact tot ce a facut a fost sa mi mai trimita linkul de cateva ori. În final am așteptat 30 de minute până a coborât un vecin, dar dacă am fi ajuns noaptea ce făceam? Dormeam la ușa:))) După ce faci rost de chei, cand iesi/intrii din apartament ajungi sa deschizi 4 uși. Cheile nu sunt numerotate, mai stai sa ghicești si care cum e.. 2. In baie miroase ușor neplăcut.

• Magdalena (9/5): Ładne miejsce, idealne na kilka nocy - Ładne miejsce, dobra lokalizacja, kontakt z właścicielami bez problemu, poprzez whatsapp. W apartamencie byliśmy we trójkę, dwie osoby w sypialni i jedna w salonie. Jedyny minus to piec w kuchni, który całą noc huczał, co przeszkadzało osobie śpiącej w salonie.
• Joseph (10/5): Great! - The place is clean, comfortable, in a nice quiet building. The heating works well from two Split Systems. There’s really nothing to not like or complain about. You can see the manager cares about the place and they want you to be comfortable.

• Olga (7/5): - Lokalita - blízko tramvajové zastávce + pěšky ke všem památkám Potíže s otevřením branky a vchodových dveří - než jsme získali klíče, otevřít jsme si měli tlačítkem 'Open the door' v aplikaci, ale bohužel nefungovalo.

• Oliva Hernandez (8/5): - En general fue todo perfecto teniamos supermercados cerca paradas de metro para movernos rapido y zona por la noche tranquila. lo unico que no me gusto fue a la entrada para recoger las llaves teniamos un codigo pero claro para poder llegar hasta la puerta del apartamento y recoger las llaves teniamos que pasar por dos puertas que requerian llaves y lo solucionamos gracias a una vecina que muy gentilmente nos abrio ambas puertas si no aun hubiese sido mas complicado

Хозяин отвечает сразу, но от этого толку мало в ситуации с феном Последний день прибывания не работал интернет. Было очень холодно, кондиционер не обогревает помещение. После того как я помыла голову обнаружила что фен не работает, у него просто разломан провод. До Duomo не 10-15 мин как пишет хозяин, а 35 минут пешим ходом .Уборка поверхностная на полках шифанера пыль, постельное в пятнах

• Armen (10/5): - Отдыхали семьей с детьми. Комфортные апартаменты в новом доме. Все работало, чисто, уютно. Очень дружелюбный и заботливый персонал.

Qual caixa?as caixinhas na beira da rua não abriu com a senha que me deram . Só tomam o dinheiro da gente. E o booking esta envolvido nisso. No quarto nem entrei. Paguei 2 diárias e não tive acesso ao quarto. Tudo ladrão. Consta estacionamento mas não tem .
• Anastasia (1/5): Μας έβαλαν λάθος κλειδί και δεν μπορέσαμε να μπούμε μέσα το πρώτο βράδυ αλλά δεν πήραμε πίσω τα λεφτά μας - Το πρώτο βράδυ μας έβαλαν λάθος κλειδιά και δεν μπορούσαμε να ανοίξουμε την πόρτα. Στέλναμε μηνύματα και παίρναμε τηλέφωνα αλλά δεν υπήρξε καμία βοήθεια και αναγκαστήκαμε να πάμε σε άλλο ξενοδοχείο και να το πληρώσουμε. Την επόμενη μέρα συνειδητοποίησαν ότι το κλειδί που μας είχαν βάλει στο κουτί ήταν λάθος, ωστόσο μας είπαν ότι δεν γίνεται να μας επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα για εκείνο το βράδυ.

• Aartie (7/5): Leuk appartement voor drie personen en drie nachten - Het was netjes en de locatie is echt heel goed. Helaas werkte het toilet niet, die zou ik als eerste controleren. Er is een passende oplossing gevonden gelukkig.

• Edyta (6/5): we expected much better - The location was ok. Beds were comfortable. Staff was understanding, friendly and available for all your questions. There was no toilet paper. The airco was also not working well. The first night was really cold. Some of the neighbors were quit loud sometimes ex. watching tv, so it’s not well isolated. The cleaning lady was also late. They were cleaning our room after our incheck- time. The bathroom is smaller than on the photo and it looked like they have lots of mold issues there… After the check-out we were extra charged with 100€ above the price we paid. I assume it was a tax.

• Mariya (9/5): Superb - Was clean. We enjoyed sleeping in this place. Electronic guide of the place and the city. Good internet. Not so close to the center. Not enough toiletries. There are too many keybariers. Online opening of the front door. (What if I didn't have a battery of my phone?!) Full online checking, even with scaning of my face. I don't like this at all. Where is the GDPR regulation of the Europe Union? Where is the privacy? And in the end, I didn't see the owner, but he has a copy of my ID card and a picture of my face. The only correspondence with the owner was an sms to remind me that I have to leave exactly at 10:00. I thought to leave the place much earlier, I never delay, that's why, for me, this sms was not polite at all.

The bed is very comfortable and with very good quality linen. The location is quite central and next to tram stops and nice caffès and restaurants. It is less than 20 minutes to Duomo and other attractions. The building is old and you need to go through some labyrinth to get to the apartment but the instructions provided by the owners were very clear. I messaged the property with questions and they were extremely responsive. A nice gesture by the property- they left in the fridge all needed items to prepare Aperol Spritz with instructions how to prepare it. It was a nice surprise. Thank you. I highly recommend this apartment. I can not say anything here. It was all good.

• Dannah (9/5): Superb - Really close to several tram stop would say its 1 min away. there was a close metro too. its a great location, right in city centre. safe neighbourhood. Room was modern and clean. Had sufficient facilities I needed. theres cafes and restaurants around the area. cozy. great that theres options for heating and air con. It was harder to get in without internet as you will need internet to use the link to open two main doors. thankfully the main door was open but couldnt get in the second door into the main building but waited and later was let in by someone else who lived there then spoke to the building receptionist who was there who helped with using the lift for our luggage. keys not provided to use the lifts. building receptionist only available 9-5. although the toilets were clean, couldve air out the toilet to get rid of the smell.

• Eugenia (10/5): Cute and comfy apartment, great location - This apartment is really well located, a short tramway ride to most touristic attractions. The apartment is comfortable, well designed, fully equipped and very clean. Highly recommend for a stay in Milan.
• Rimma (10/5): Wonderful ! - It’s a wonderful cute apartment located 25 minutes in a walk distance from Duomo. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. And nice unexpected surprise was in the fridge as a complimentary aperitif. Definitely can recommend this place!) Everything was perfect !

Everything is close, multiple tram stations, supermarket… The apartment has everything you need, we really enjoyed our stay here. It says that the apartment has a balcony but it does not. You are entering from outside but this is not a real balcony where you can sit. (See pictures). Just writing it in case somebody would be expecting a balcony where you could sit in the evening. The check out is at 10:30 but at 10:00 the cleaning lady was knocking on the door and collecting the towels and sheets. Not ok at all! Either move the check out to 10:00 or tell the cleaning lady to come after 10:30!
