• Lani (1/5): Significant health and safety risks - Bed bugs and billing issues - The location. Our stay was a nightmare. We arrived to find our original unit unavailable due to 'damp carpets' from a deep clean. We were forced to pay an additional $325.82 out-of-pocket at reception for an alternative room. Once we moved into this apartment,, I suffered numerous bed bug bites on my arms and legs. This was incredibly distressing as I was traveling with an infant. It appears the 'deep clean' was an attempt to mask a pest infestation. To make matters worse, despite being relocated due to these health hazards, the host is now attempting to charge us a $100 cleaning fee for not following checkout instructions that were only sent days after we had to flee the infested unit. While we eventually received a partial refund after significant pressure, the lack of communication and the attempt to penalise us for vacating a health hazard is unacceptable. Avoid this property if you value your health and safety.

• Debra (6/5): Not bad for one night - good location - Arrangements for collecting keys could have been easier Apartment was smaller than expected but as it was only one night not really a problem A little strange that a brand new washing machine was sitting in dining area unattached to anything!

• Tanya (6/5): Very average - Good location Wifi network provided wasn’t available, lots of visible repairs, not being told in advance we also had to pay for luggage hold, multiple fobs provided without instructions

• Michael (8/5): Great apartment and location, nice and clean - Great location and the host had all amenities required for comfortable self contained living Not at all the host's fault but there are only 3 lifts servicing a 40 storey building, one of which was out of service during our stay which often meant 5-10 minute waits for lifts

• David (8/5): Fulfilled our needs for this trip - Location was brilliant for Melbourne CBD activities. Handy to MCG, Rod Laver and other Stadiums. also handy to DFO outlet mall by the Convention Centre. First shower started to flood due to a blocked drain. Was easily fixed though.
