• Xiaofen (9/5): We stayed for 3 weeks and loved it! - One block from the beach, bar and restaurant one block away, supermarket right outside the gate, in the middle of the actions, the pool in the community is well maintained, gated community with security 24/7, staff are very kind. Pretty fast internet and can do simple cooking
• Gerardo (5/5): Hay que arreglar un poco la habitación. - Ubicación perfecta con todo al lado y céntrico, el condominio tiene muchas reglas pero es muy cómodo estar allí la piscina y todo es perfecto. Las camas si hay que aceptar que son muy comodas, colchón y todo en perfecto estado. Habitación sucias y muy pequeña es solo 1 habitacion para 5 personas, plaga de hormigas, el Coffe Maker y en general los electrodomésticos en mal estado y un poco viejos, en especifico el Coffe uno lo coloca y se hacía el café casi 3 horas después, no sabemos si por lluvia pero la habitación olía a humedad. Debajo de la plantilla eléctrica hacia restos de comida en mal estado.

• Guest (10/5): Ambiente familiar estricto. - Muy limpio , ordenado y hermoso el lugar. Lastimosamente el condominio como tal tiene muchas reglas que son un poco absurdas, sobre todo respecto al uso de la piscina y las multas , es algo que desanima para volver a ir pero el lugar es hermoso.

• Ericka Azalea (10/5): Quede satisfecha - La ubicación, el ambiente familiar. La atención de los dueños y el encargado. La hora de ingreso es muy tarde.
• Mora (6/5): An acceptable stay but with some issues that definitely need to be addresed. - The location mostly and the communal areas like the pool and jacuzzis. I didn't like that most of the kitchen utensils were not washed properly, some had food residue and others had a bad smell because they had been put away before they were completely dry. Another problem we had was that our room (B27) was adjacent to another room which shared a door (which was closed), but the problem was that the teenagers from the family that rented that room were knocking and banging on the door all night and trying to open it and no matter how much we told them to stop doing it, they didn't stop until a while later. And another problem we had was that when we arrived, our reservation information had not been shared in advance with the property manager, who had no idea that we would arrive at the apartment and that caused quite long waiting times while they resolved the error they themselves had.

Security was good and it was close to everything we needed, including the bus terminal. Owner and local manager were helpful and responsive. We were not able to get any TV services to work without paying for an account..

• Yaniv (3/5): Poor - The house wasn’t clean, NO hot water, the shower itself was really in poor condition.
• Kelly (10/5): My family and I enjoyed our time in this cute little gated community. It was safe and clean! - I loved the location, close to the beach. It was a perfect little gated community for my family of four! The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to prepare our own meals. There were many stores in walking distance to grab some quick groceries when needed and a short drive to the beach.
