• Juliana (9/5): Great location in London that we will definitely come back for our next stay - It was great option for our family. We have a 5 year-old Child and 4 adults. Perfect for our family, easy access as it’s located on the ground floor and additional garage included in our stay was perfect. Everything was clean and most of house had a pleasant smell. All the amenities provided were a plus: snacks, coffee/tea, drinks and toiletries supplies were so handy for us. Shaila was so helpful that was easy and attentive to our messages. Made everything so smooth in the busy London city. Just one bathroom for 5-7 people might be tricky for a big group.

The google directions to the location get you in the correct area but a phone call from the owner was needed to get us to the correct spot.

• Anton (9/5): Geweldig weekend! - Kun je nog meer in hartje Londen terecht komen, dan hier? Ik denk het niet! Voor ons gezin van zes personen was het de perfecte uitvalsbasis. Verschillende busstations op 100 meter van de voordeur. En van daaruit heel Londen in handbereik. Alles was keurig geregeld. En schoon! Zelfs de koelkast was gevuld met een paar fijne drankjes. Als je dan al iets moet zeggen - en dat heb ik ook al aan de host gemeld toen die er op stond dat ik vertelde wat ik beter vond kunnen - zijn het de matrassen. Die zijn wat aan de harde kant en zouden iets meer comfort kunnen hebben. Maar is slapen niet altijd iets heel persoonlijks?

• Mikolaj (7/5): Miejsce do polecenia choć wymaga poprawek. - Fajna możliwość zostawienia walizek wcześniej przed meldunkiem. Ekspress do kawy, sporo herbaty + zestaw przekąsek. Dobre usytuowanie względem komunikacji autobusem. Zdecydowanie za mała liczba ręczników i prześcieradeł (podróżowaliśmy finalnie w 6 osób a pierwotnie miało być nas 7) tutaj zdecydowanie było tego zbyt mało, podobnie z rolkami papieru. Czystość wymaga poprawek.

• Joanne (6/5): Overall good value for money, just not our vibe - Good space for a group, pet friendly. Style and furnishing not to our taste and quite aged. ex local authority flat/someone’s home. Didn’t feel particularly safe. Bathroom in need of refresh. Couldn’t work TVs - didn’t seem to have any freeview. Lock on front door was bolt, wouldn’t recommend for as a single traveller.

• Geoff (8/5): Overall, a really good apartment let down by the two issues as outlined above. - Excellent apartment, great use of space, decent location. Bright and clean. Fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, tea, welcome basket of drinks, crisps, sweets. All very well appointed. There are only two downsides: 1) one of the double beds was positioned on/over some storage units about 3ft off the ground and had to be accessed via a small step ladder. This would not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. I don’t think this was made clear in the advert for the apartment. 2) my wife and I could have slept in this raised up double bed but the radiator in this room wasn’t adjustable in this room and was too hot for comfort, so we had to use the sofas. I did contact the host and she was very friendly and pleasant but she said that particular radiator couldn’t be turned down or off without a specific tool. There were plenty of other apartments we could have booked in a similar price range and with the bed configuration we required, so it was disappointing this was not accurately described.
