Katie (8/5): Would definately rebook. - A well appointed, modern, spacious and perfect location. We had requested an early check in but this request was not met nor responded to, which was disappointing because we believe there hadn’t been a guest staying the night before. Tricky because it was Good Friday so appreciate the property managers were not able to be on site to assist.

Julianne (9/5): Superb - Awesome location. Right across road from main beach (and the pub) and a 2min walk to shops. Fantastic rooftop BBQ area with magnificent views. Kitchen well equipped and very clean. Loved our stay. LOTS of steep stairs in unit...warning for elderly people and toddlers. Very noisy vertical blinds in main bedroom. I know I'm being trivial, but when you want to sleep with the windows open to hear the ocean and there's even the slightest breeze, they get very noisy flapping around.

John (7/5): Yamba is wonderful but we would probably not stay in Seaspray 1 again. - The location was wonderful and the bed very comfortable. Kitchen excellent and well equipped. The only place to sit and read in the lounge was the sofa which is not comfortable. The bedroom downstairs has dangerous access. The steps need a rail and the light switch should be closer to the entrance.
Rose (9/5): Great location, and accommodation was fantastic - Great location, with ocean views. The accommodation was modern, clean and comfortable Not enough or poorly placed PowerPoints. with four adult guests, difficult to charge appliances.
