Ntamane (4/5): Overnight stay was okay as not expected much but our 3 night stay wa unpleasant as that’s when the cracks showed in what - Its location as it’s closer the airport and the cruise ports. Dining room staff though limited communication due to language, were generally friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is handy and the drivers are very helpful and friendly The hotel itself is clean and well furnished Water access is also a good plus as it gets very hot They have a BBQ area which would be beneficial if it was booked as other guests hoarded the area during our stay that we never got to use No information at all about the services , everything came as a surprise when needs not met. Explanations about services came after, such as only meat selection for breakfast, rooms not attended to if occupied for less than 5 days (beds not made and rubbish bins not emptied), everything on sale for $5.08, some of the reception staff unhelpful and aloof when approached.

Paul (5/5): It got the job done. - Parking, on-site restaurant, and airport shuttle. Rosanna in the dining area was terrific. This is my second visit and on both occasions the front end staff were quite unpleasant to deal with. They did, however, get the job done. Not a good start when arriving. If you are catching a flight out of Miami and want something to eat in the on-site restaurant you will want to give yourself at least an extra half hour as the restaurant is understaffed.

Słabe śniadania na bony,cały czas to samo przez tydzień, słabe wyciszenie okien, cały czas hałas czy to z jednej strony czy drugiej ,natomiast od strony rzeki jeszcze dodatkowo, szczególnie na ranem pływają barki, które ciągle trąbią ,jeżeli ktoś nastawia się na zwiedzanie, to koniecznie musi być auto,bo wszędzie daleko, na przeciwko hotelu jest wypożyczalnia aut z której korzystałem, wszystko ok z autami.

We had to switch rooms twice because the bathroom had hair in the sink and tub and the bed sheets had stains all over it. It was disgusting! The staff was extremely rude.

Antoine (8/5): Bon séjour dans l’ensemble - Très bon emplacement. Proche de l’aéroport avec navette gratuite depuis l’hôtel avec un départ toutes les 30 minutes. Nous avons également pu rallier l’agence de location de voiture et l’hôtel à pied. La chambre était propre. Mention spéciale pour le serveur du restaurant qui était très gentil et serviable. Manque cruel de professionnalisme de la réceptionniste qui reste sur son téléphone sans prendre la peine de répondre à un bonjour. Nous avions juste besoin de stationner notre voiture de location le temps de décharger nos valises. Le parking était plein et la réceptionniste n’a pas été d’une grande aide puisqu’elle nous a interdit de stationner sur les places devant l’hôtel juste le temps de décharger en nous disant de nous débrouiller pour trouver une place dans le quartier.

Imarisha (8/5): Overall, a comfortable room for a short stay. - The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. The beds were good and provided a nice night’s rest, and the shower was perfectly fine as well. The restaurant was already closed when we arrived, so we bought some drinks from the small kiosk. Unfortunately, those were extremely expensive, which was disappointing.
Leslaw (8/5): Jak na Miami to przyzwoicie - Dobre śniadanie, dobra lokalizacja - blisko na lotnisko i do metra. Obsługa na recepcji próbowała nam dać 2 śniadania dla 4 osób, chociaż zostały wykupione noclegi ze śniadaniem. Dali nam gorszy pokój niż był w opisie rezerwacji. Łóżka były niewygodne - stare zbyt miękkie materace.

Norbert (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Lage zum Flughafen Empfang unfreundlich, nicht kompetent. Obwohl wir mit Frühstück gebucht hatten, wurde zuerst gesagt, dass wir kein Frühstück hätten. Erst auf unseren längeren Einwand gab die junge Frau zu, dass wir doch Frühstück inklusive haben.

Kim (9/5): Enjoyed the covered area. - The location and the shuttle service. It’s 1 mile from the airport. The parking spaces in the parking garage are very tight. I couldn’t get my carryon suitcase out of the front door. Probably my fault for backing in.
