- Asmira (10/5): Sauvés par cet appartement - Nous avions réservé ce logement après avoir vécu une expérience non conforme avec un autre hôtel, celui-ci nous a sauvé notre séjour, c’est conforme aux photos, c’est spacieux, toutes les pièces sont séparées. C’est vraiment pas mal. On peut régler le thermostat du chauffage electroniquement. Le wifi ne marchait pas nous avions des réponses à nos questions en moins de 5 minutes. Bon c’est un peu loin du centre-ville mais c’est bien desservi en transports, il y’a le bus à 100 mètres. Il faut payer en ligne directement au site, j’ai vérifié avec le service client, ils m’ont confirmé que c’est en ordre.

Good sized rooms and comfortable beds.
They were able to provide an additional key, for an extra £100, so there were no issues with each of us doing different things during the day. Parking was the biggest disappointment for me. It was advertised that there was on site parking which after booking became limited on street parking. When arriving the street has signs posted that it is permit parking except marked spots. On several occasions during the month, there were no marked spaces available near the building. The staff answering my messages were prompt in responding, polite and professional in dealing with my concerns.
Over a week and the £200 refundable security deposit and the £100 key deposit charges have not been returned.
