• Tom (10/5): Very nice place in a good location. Host was great! - The entire place was stocked up, with things like shampoo, dishwasher soap, bin bags, all the utensils you would need. Including things like tea and coffee. Extra towels. The owner was very nice, stayed up until 11:30 to make sure we got in the place (our travel was delayed) then checked up on us via booking and also gave us reccomendations of where to go for food or a drink. The place is more spacious than shown. Location was good, not far from whitechapel underground and from a super market. Hot water was a bit slow to heat up. It was hard to ventilate, though if you opened the window in the kitchen and living room it wasnt super bad. The noise could be quite loud sometimes. The fan was pretty bad, it didnt blow well but that very minor.

• Zubia (10/5): Awesome - Absolutely everything. Lovely well maintained apartment with a very concerned host. He took care of asking about our well being and even offered help if we had any problems or had any questions. The apartment is really comfortable with all the basic amenities. Door of the powder room gets jammed.
• Mercy (8/5): Comfortable living space, spacious, ideal location and affordable price. - The owner called me and talked me through the process. After that it was easy. The room is spacious and the beds are so comfortable. They have everything you need for a short or long stay. A very comfortable apartment and ideal location. We had issues with the hot water. There was hot water for the first day and then afterwards there was not hot water. It's something to do with setting of the the heating system that we didn't quite figure out even after the owner explained it. The shower head didn't work so we had to fill buckets and boiled water (as there was no hotwater) when we wanted to take a shower.

• Darren (8/5): Great apartment, experience tainted by host allegations . - The location was great, perfect for being close to the hospital. I booked the apartment for my in-laws who came from Spain as their son was in intensive care. Disappointing to get a phone call from the host saying there was a complaint lot of people coming and going and noise. A shock to my in-laws who were staying there aged 70+. Apparently someone had booked the apartment previously and had been dealing drugs from there. This must have the resident neighbours on edge and unhappy having a rental next door. I dare say the neighbours are fed up with having a rental next door , making false allegations about noise. Being totally innocent of the allegation, this was infuriating and insulting.
• Nikolay (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is really very spacious, cozy and well maintained. The host is very responsive. The location is very convenient, there is a metro station and shops nearby. We would happily stay again.

• Sally (8/5): Good Apartment Close to Central London - Spacious, ground floor, all amenities. Booking.com changed our location at short notice, and this was not a location l could recommend to tourists
• Monica (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is a 10 for London. It's big and clean, well equipped. The owner was comunicative and helpful. He provided us a crib and the check in and out were flexible. The neighborhood is not the best, but the area is quite, safe and close to the center. It's a good value for the money. You can not easily ventilate it.
