- Biondi (8/5): Great flat, very convenient location. - Location and comfort of flat. Nice being able to checkout at midday and host host was flexible and let us check in early, allowing us to get rid of our bags and enjoy our day. Only minor things - needed a kitchen bin, tea towel and at least four of everything - such as glasses & cereal bowls. There was only a frying pan, at least one extra pan would be useful. A couple of chairs on balcony would be nice. Another chair/sofa in living area would be good to comfortably accommodate 4 people.

- Sandrine (5/5): Passable - There is no table and chairs in the lounge for a fairly good Appartment. There are not enough cutlery, glasses, plates. There are no equipment such as pods or poles for cooking. In the dress guard there are no hangers. It would be good to change the mattress in the room with the dress guard. Otherwise, it is well located.

- Karen (10/5): First Trip to London - We liked the accommodation, the aura is minimalism and it looks like a Bachelor's Pad. The area is near the train station and accessible to stores such as tesco, sainsbury and nisalocal. In addition, there are also coffee shops such as starbucks and costa. I may consider booking the place in the future. We did not have a chance to use the Flat Iron as advertised. We also recommend adding a rice cooker as well. I also noticed that the bed sheets have wrinkles. We were able to check-in late because they were having technical issues in the accommodation and they are fixing it. Anas was able to update us from time to time.
