Τα σεντόνια ήταν συνθετικά και στην επικοινωνία μας για να μας δωθουν σεντόνια από φυσικές ινες με ενημέρωσαν ότι αυτή είναι η πολιτική του καταλύματος και δεν μπορούν να κάνουν τίποτα…να γράψω όμως email στην διεύθυνση και να περιμένω απάντηση τους…ήταν αδύνατον να κοιμηθούμε και καθώς το ταξίδι μας ήταν επαγγελματικό δεν καταφέραμε να ξεκουραστούμε καθόλου…ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟ δεν το έχω αντιμετωπίσει ποτέ ξανά ήταν σχεδόν παρανοϊκό να επιμένουν στην θέση τους ενώ τα προϊόντα που χρησιμοποιούσαν είναι ακατάλληλα Σε συνέχεια στο ντους είχε λεκέδες στο δάπεδο της ντουσιερας, το καπάκι της λεκάνης ήταν σπασμένο στην βάση του και ο εξαερισμός στο μπάνιο δεν λειτουργούσε

• Brett (8/5): - The apartment was well laid out, clean, and stylish. The perfect size for us. Large windows and bright interior. There is a fair bit of street, trolley, and pedestrian noise. Apartment is on first floor (second floor, for US folks) and faces onto a busy street.

• SUNGHO HWANG (10/5): 어린 아이를 동반한 가족여행에게 완벽한 밀라노 숙소! - 가족휴가로 5일간 머물렀던 숙소 입니다. 모던하고 깔끔한 실내, 적절한 위치, 뛰어난 호스트 응대로 가족 모두 만족하며 잘 지냈습니다. 저도 이 숙소의 좋은 게스트 였기를 바랍니다 :) 시간순으로 정리해봅니다. (체크아웃 전 급하게 찍은 사진들도 참고하세요.) 1. 따뜻한 웰컴 메시지 미지의 체크인 전 whatsapp으로 호스트로부터 웰컴 메시지가 옵니다. 체크인 시 이슈가 발생하면 실시간 대응이 가능할 것 같아 안심이 됩니다. 2. 매우 쉬운 셀프 체크인 밀라노 센트럴역에서 우버로 20유로 중반대에 접근 가능하고, 공항에서 온다면 Cadorna역에서 도보로 20분 이내입니다. 다양한 숙소를 다녀봤지만 (1)체크인 안내가 매우 상세하고, (2)무거운 짐을 갖고 엘리베이터를 통해 접근이 용이하며, (3)원거리 열쇠수령, 숙소별 다양한 모바일키(사용 불편, 네트워크 상태에 따라 사용 불가)이 아닌 숙소 입구 앞 키박스 열쇠 수령으로 원하는 시간에 체크인이 매우 편리합니다. 최고! 낮 시간에는 건물 컨시어지가 로비에서 반갑게 맞아주십니다 :) 3. 로비 및 객실 최근 리모델링을 마쳤는지, 건물 입구부터 객실 내부까지 모두 깔끔하고 모던하게 잘 정비되어 있습니다. 높은 층고, 색을 바꿀 수 있는 등과 전동커튼이 특히 마음에 들었습니다. 4. 위치 Via Torino를 따라 주요 식당과 상점들이 모여있고, 꽤 규모가 있는 Carrefour Express가 근처에 있어 어린 아이를 동반한 가족에게 좋은 숙소 입니다.(저희 가족은 아랫층 파이브가이즈 감자튀김도 매우 좋아합니다.) 다른 리뷰들과 달리 트램 공사중이어서 트램 소음은 없었고, 차량 소음은 조금 있었지만 제 기준 수면에 불편한 수준은 아닙니다. 5. 호스트 응대(위기를 기회로 현명한 호스트) 사소한 이슈가 있었는데, 호스트의 적극적이고 빠른 응대로 기분 좋게 문제가 해결되었습니다. 웰컴메시지도 그렇고 호스트의 응대가 뛰어납니다. 6. 그 외 에어컨(매우 중요), 주방집기, 식기세척기, 냉장고, 세탁기, 건조대, TV, QR 자동연결 Wifi 모두 좋았습니다. 그리고 시즌 탓인지 해가 지면 밀라노 길거리에 모기들이 출몰 했는데, 건물과 객실 안에는 모기가 없었습니다. 아이에게 모기 알러지가 있는데 너무 다행이었어요. 아쉬운 점이라기 보다는 고객만족도 향상을 위해 개선할 만한 사항에 가깝습니다. 1. 샤워룸 샤워룸에 세면도구를 올려놓을 임시 선반이 없습니다. 걸이는 있는데 젖어도 되는 세면백이 없는 게스트는 조금 불편합니다. 세면대에는 충분합니다. 2. 창문 훌륭한 층고와 리뉴얼 된 창을 갖고 있는데, 층이 낮아 밖이나 맞은 편 호텔에서 보여서 맘껏 커튼과 창문을 열 수 없어요.(커튼이 쉬폰 소재로, 쳐도 전혀 답답하진 않습니다.) 숙소 밖에서 보이지 않는 필름을 시공하면 매우 좋을 것 같습니다.

Eski yorumlarda tramvay gürültüsü olduğundan bahsediliyordu ama şansımıza tramvay hatlarında onarım olduğundan 5 gün boyunca hiç tramvay geçmedi ve Çok sessizdi. Yakında yemek ve market olanakları fazla. Özellikle yakında carefour olması ve saatb23.00 e kadar açık olması avantaj. Ev çok temizdi. Herşey güzeldi

• Peter (9/5): Excellent apartment for Central Milan visit. - Great location within walking distance of the Duomo. Modern, spacious and beautifully maintained. Very clean. The only downside is the traffic noise overnight from trams on the Via Torino.
• Sandra (10/5): its a great place to stay and I definitely recommend it - Great location, very clean and spacious. its a little noisy but the location makes up for it. there is no place to store the luggage before or after checkout however there is a luggage storage facility right across the street.
