• Mel (9/5): Great location. - Fantastic location. Spacious flat. The keys being in a key safe not adjacent to the property.
• Ross (10/5): Perfectly located base for spending time out and about - Fantastic location, very clean and with everything you need for a base while you're out sightseeing. Despite being right next to the Grossmünster, the church bells were not at all intrusive. Would absolutely stay again! No significant downsides. As per the description, you're on the third floor up some mildly steep stairs, but they won't be an issue for anyone who's exploring such a walking-based country as Switzerland. Also as per the description, it's a loft, so there are some low ceilings around, but none which interfered with me accessing furniture etc.

The bed is comfy, there was no noise, and yes there are stairs to climb with bags - but you only go up once and then down once with them, so nothing to complain about. • Jennifer (10/5): Beautiful loft apartment full of character and comfort - A wonderful large space that was immaculately clean and in a top location. The apartment is in the loft of a beautiful residential building on the edge of a church square next to the river and in a safe characterful area. There are 3 flights of stairs that any one with accessibility issues may find challenging but that was not a problem for me and worth the fabulous view! Nil

• Paulo (10/5): Fantastic days @Symbol 4 !!! - Congratulations Symbol 4!!!! Excellent accommodation: Very clean; exactly as shown in the photos, the location couldn't be better... very central, very comfortable, well equipped, good heating system, with stable and fast Wi-Fi. A very good choice for two people to enjoy a few beautiful days in Zurich in a very cosy loft! Great organisation by the hosts Dimi and Giancarlo, always available, leaving nothing to chance. Honestly, I have nothing less positive to say. The maximum score is entirely fair and deserved. Regarding comments made about climbing stairs, I understand that a loft is usually at the top of a building and, being in the historic centre, it is also natural that there is no lift. Therefore, I do not understand the issues about climbing stairs.

• Anne (10/5): One of our favorite places to stay! - This loft is the perfect location if you are visiting Zurich as a tourist - walking distance to the main train station and to Lake Zurich, tram lines and the Limmat River right in front. Plus you are right next to Grossmünster Church if you need a beautiful landmark to orient yourself by. On top of that, inside is a roomy loft, comfy bed and couch and the best shower pressure of our whole trip. We were very happy. I won't say this is bad, but be prepared for steps if you have heavy bags. There is one flight up from the street level to Grossmünster Platz and then 3 flights up to the loft.

• THI MINH THANH (1/5): WORST EVER. - NOTHING. This property is a SCAM. NO ELAVATOR BUT NOT LISTED The property should LIST & HIGHLIGHT that THERE IS NO ELAVATOR in the building. I moved to Zurich and came with 5 big suitcases. Arrived at the building to find out that there are 4 flights of stairs with NO ELAVATOR. I felt SCAM. Should this information is listed in the description, I believe a lot of other travelers will think twice. I paid EUR 936 but left with no choice but to book another accommodation. Property just give cold answer, NO REFUND.
• SOFIA (10/5): Acogedora estancia entre la antigüedad y la modernidad - Acogedor apartamento ubicado en casco antiguo de Zürich. Inmueble renovado, diagonal a la catedral. Acabados rústicos en el interior que contrastan con la modernidad interna del departamento. Numerosos escalones de 13 a 15 peldaños de contra huella corta, para visitantes entusiastas y vigorosos. Cuenta con todas las comodidades internas necesarias para una estancia corta y confortable. El lugar es espacioso y acogedor Se encuentra muy bien distribuido. No se incluye lavadora. El personal amable, comunicativo y proactivo. Como única observación diría que sería prudente mantener caja de llaves junto al acceso principal del edificio. Calles adoquinadas en piedra con pendientes. Viajar de forma ligera no es mi fuerte, pero definitivamente lo recomiendo. Gracias por la estancia. Mi Madre y yo la hemos disfrutado mucho.

• Una (4/5): Won't be returning here - It was a big apartment and very clean, the location is great also. It was very dark, little to no natural light coming in. It was very hot also and there were two stand up fans in the apartment but only one was of any use. The description says there's a dishwasher, there isn't, and also says free toiletries, no toiletries either. I do certainly feel the description and photos don't match the property.
• Thomas (9/5): Great location, would definitely stay again - The location was great, right next to Grossmunsterplatz (the bells were not a problem). The apartment is right in the middle of the Old Town, next to the river. Lots of interesting shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Just being picky really, but the floorboards in the bathroom area really do need attention and some of the fittings were loose in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have left some showergel and some coffee for the machine provided. As others have mentioned - the 5 flights of stairs, but you know it's a loft when you book (and you only need to carry cases once up and down), so not a great problem.

Also very quiet which I didn’t expect for such a central location. The shower curtain fell down at one point because it isn’t very securely attached. It is also very long. But this was not a big deal at all.

• Sobia (10/5): A nice comfortable spacious place. A very accommodating host - It was clean and spacious. Easy access and all essentials were provided. The location is a bit away from town but easily accessible via tram.
• O (8/5): Very good - Perfect location. 12min walk to the main train station. Very clean. Only one set of towels. Floors were very squeaky and noisy in the bathroom and entry area.
• Viktor (9/5): Superb - Location is great. Right next to Grossmünster. Enjoyable to leave and return to the property. The munster bells did not bother at all, I loved a comforting sound. Overall, it was quiet inside, nothing disturbed my sleep. In cold winter the property was warm. The property had a plenty of space to settle and store one's items. Everything was in working order and clean. Had good communication with the host via booking messenger with instructions. The property is easy to get, on the tram, from and to train station, the stop is under a minute walk. This is not exactly a dislike, but something others might want to consider. I liked a quirky old building, but some may not like taking 3 flights of stairs, then more stairs outside. Bed could have been in a different place in the room, I banged my head on a sloped wall a few times. Getting the keys, during the check in, was a little like a treasure hunt, no issues really, but plan additional 5 min walk across the bridge. The stay is worth an extra hassle, in my view.
• E (9/5): Superb - The studio was directly across the Platz where we attended our friend's, Clifford Lilley, memorial. The instructions of where and how to use to the washer were not clear.
• Mark (9/5): Great place to stay right in the historical centre - Location was excellent, it was easy to walk from/to the central train station. The apartment was also very clean, well stocked and spacious. Only issue was that the pillows provided for the bed were very small. It would have been nice to have additional pillows but I could not find these.
• Zhanna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in the heart of the Old Town, in walking distance to all city attractions. It is very spacious and bright, exceptionally clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. It can be suitable for either a short stay or a longer one. It's located on a third floor with steep stairs, just to keep in mind if you have bulky/heavy luggage, for example. In overall, highly recommended and would definitely book again. None
• Frances (10/5): A treasure of a room ! - I loved the location . It was a lovely space with well equiped kitchen . The owner was very helpful when I needed to locate the key. There needs to be a warning about the 3 steps immediately inside the front door as once opening the heavy door the drop is immediate and I nearly fell. The other thing which would Be useful would be instructions in how to use the smart TV. I do not have a smart TV so I could not work it out.

Very easy to get around the city (especially the historic potions), to the tourist destinations, to public transit, and to lake Zurich from here. Difficult to find, but only because there was construction near the staircase to get to the Grossmünsterplatz plaza. Once I found the staircase it was easy to get to
