Guest Reviews
- Biggz (8/5): - Nice and comfortable The shower
- Bonnie (10/5): - Amazing location. Beautiful cottage. Had everything you need. Fridge washing machine, portable clothes line, clothes hangers. So spacious. Comfiest beds ever. I cannot think of 1 fault.

- Rout Family (7/5): A beautiful, amazing, showroom.........with not much privacy! - This place was beautiful - it was great hearing the birds and seeing the trees - it was very relaxing - the location was fantastic - the place was immaculate and the pool was great. Van you rock!! The place is fully stocked ready for you. WTF is it with no blinds on the big windows and no screens on any of the windows??? Privacy is almost nonexistent as the glass doors don't have blinds or curtains either (I don't think this will change as many other reviewers said the same thing and nothing has been done). The bed is as hard as concrete. WTF is it with 1 remote control for both bedroom fans?? There is 1 air conditioner, but you have to pump it for it to reach the bedrooms (again I don't think this will change as many other reviewers said the same thing and nothing has been done). The place has no personality - it is like it was ripped out of a display showroom!
- Heather (8/5): Wouldn’t stay again in hot months - Loved the lagoon pool Met owners who live on the property who were very nice We were there Xmas and they offered their undercover area if we needed it but it was just too hot to sit outside lots supplied like salt pepper gladwrap foil etc Mainly and most importantly there is no air con in the bedrooms which are very hot in summer months The bathroom door is barn style which leaves a 4 cm gap which you can easily see when walking by so privacy was an issue. Some lights were blown (1 of 2 in bathroom in particular ) which made make up hard work .
- Carol (10/5): Exceeded already high expectations! - This lovely cottage exceeded our expectations, the hosts were super friendly and we enjoyed the pool and facilities very much. Highly recommend this spot!
- Clodagh (10/5): -
- Jody (10/5): Quiet & Tranquil - We loved everything, only 5min drive to the Sports Centre which we attended throughout our stay. Close to shops. Very comfy beds, clean and tidy space and access to pool and spa. No complaints from us. We enjoyed our stay.

- Erin (9/5): - We stayed at this property for 8 nights for a sporting event at the State Hockey Centre. We found the location to be perfect for our needs, with easy access to the motorway. The amenities were fantastic and we felt like we were at our home away from home. Sarah & Will were wonderful hosts and we're hoping to be back again one day in the future.

- Troy (8/5): Excellent - Everything was perfect as far as parking and amenities to comfort and cleanliness The second room was not as pictured in bookings so we had to put daughter on futon seperate from family
- Karen (9/5): excellent - Clean, spacious,
comfortable More powerpoints
- Suz (9/5): Perfect for access to the event but wish we had more time to explore & relax. - Relaxed atmosphere in a secure location. Comfortable and quiet and like being in a home. We could have done with a few cushions on the couches to make them a little more comfortable.
- Craig (10/5): - Very nice, one of the best places I have stayed. Bed was comfortable, decor was lovely, well set out. nothing
- sandi (8/5): Lovely cotttage - It was a beautiful cottage The milk expired four months before and I sent two messages to ask for some and didn’t receive a reply at all. Could have used some blankets for the lounge area. I think it was a little over priced.
- Joanne (10/5): Such a lovely cottage with everything you could hope for. Very peaceful but close to amenities and attractions. Spot on - A lovely setting close to all the attractions that we were visiting. Very comfortable beds with great linen. Plenty of space to spread out. The children loved the heated spa.
- Sarah (9/5): Well presented, perfect for family of 4. - Clean and well equipped for family of 4. Close to The Harry Potter Experience which was perfect! House and gardens are lovely and great to have the hot tub in winter!
- Jade (8/5): Very good -
- Karzhilova (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ross (9/5): VERY NICE ACCOMODATION - SIMPLE THING .... NEED TOWEL HANGERS OR HOOKS FOR BATHROOM ....NOWHERE TO HANG WET TOWELS
- Vicki (10/5): Relaxing comfortable and modern - Avery conmfortable modern spacious cabin close to Capalaba for medical tests. Modern spacious clean and tidy cabin.
- Sebastian (9/5): Superb -
- Jade (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed due to our daughter swimming at the Australian Age Swimming Championships. The location was ideal as it was close to the Sleeman Sports Centre and allowed us to access public transport. Sarah (host) was extremely helpful in answering questions about closest bus stops and about the facilities. The pool and spa were fantastic! The only thing missing was window screens. Without them we were unable to leave windows open due to flies and birds getting in. Apart from this everything was perfect 😊
- Wood (10/5): Exceptional -
- Haydyn (10/5): Exceptional - What's not to like? Roomy, plenty of natural light, comfortable, well laid out. Location is great, secure off street parking, quiet enough for proximity to city. Could do with some board games etc
- Kortney (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mike (9/5): Superb - Everything
- Shannonboss (10/5): Exceptional -
- Louise (7/5): Generally love it, but needs improvement to make it worth the amount of money & want to come back. - Amazing location to the aquatic centre!!!! Well presented & clean (except for the ants). We generally loved our stay & would stay again if a few things were fixed (air con in bedrooms being the biggest issue…just soooo hot…& the gap in the barn door bathroom!!!) It was wayyyy too hot in Brisbane summer to not have air con in the bedrooms…the one air con in the lounge did not cool the bedrooms. We slept in what felt like a sauna every night. We had to pump the air con in the lounge to try get it to the bedrooms, but then froze in the lounge room. Unbalanced. The barn door on the bathroom was terrible as you could see through the large gap & see each other on toilet & showering (in the mirror). Not great with teen boy & teen girl (they’ve now seen each other naked 😭). Window coverings are needed as it’s so light in the morning & the heat of the sun made the place hotter. No ironing board. No pots to make pasta & a toastie machine would be helpful. No strainer or peeler. Just small things to make it work better for athletes. Ants were a big problem too. Washing machine seemed to leak too.
- Shannonboss (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and clean place and very private! I extended my stay because I didn't want to leave! 10/10 💯
- Vanda_msj (9/5): Superb -
- Sandy (10/5): A little slice of paradise - Absolutely everything. Such a beautiful cottage, super clean. The hosts (Sarah) were super accommodating and helpful. Everything has been thought of from coffee pods to aircon on ready for arrival. The pool is stunning and peaceful. We loved every little bit of our stay. Really felt like home. So cliche but wish we booked longer!
- Judith (8/5): Tranquil retreat - The cottage was comfortable with nice decor. We especially appreciated the swimming pool and air-conditioning in the heat and humidity of December. The pool area was amazing and the surroundings were well kept.
It was also a good location for us, halfway between Cleveland and Brisbane, where we were visiting family, and it was very tranquil. The kitchen appliances and barbecue were as new. Even though we were sharing the site with owners living in the house behind us, we always had privacy. The windows in the kitchen/living area needed blinds and flyscreens to block out the hot afternoon sun.
The bathroom had no rails or hooks for hanging our bath towels.
A coffee table and / or side tables would have been handy in the living area, and the lounge chairs and sofa were not very comfortable.
- Tiffany (8/5): Very good -
- David (9/5): Out of the way of city noise. - Great place to stay Nil
- Bosco (10/5): Amazing - The quiet place and nice facilities Nothing
- Rowyn (10/5): Cosy & great little escape - It was cosy and in a great location for us as we had children attending a sporting event down the road. Was comfortable and easy to access. N/A
- Sharyn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Silva (9/5): Superb -
