And the sky train was so easy, avoiding the car in Vancouver.

- Reena (10/5): Great option for the family with east access to Vancouver via Skytrain. - The host paid attention to details for ensure pleasant stay for the guests. The apartment has a portable AC unit and not central air conditioned.
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - The property had a well equipped, extra blankets, towels, and the kitchen had lots of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, toaster oven, toaster, etc., for cooking. It would be nice to have a cutting board though. It was nice that they had umbrellas there to use if needed. There were various books and some toys. The property had stale air and a musky smell. There was no working a/c - central unit, seemed to be broken. there was only one a/c portable plug-in unit in one of the bedrooms. there were fans in the other areas. It still felt very musky and stale even with the fans. The rest of the space, the air was very stagnant and lacked circulation. Luckily the temperature wasn't that hot outside otherwise it would be unbearably too hot inside with just fans. The bathroom clogged up a couple of times, it seems the plumbing is not the best. The toilet had to be plunged a couple times even when there was only water in the toilet bowl. It might be a known problem since there was a plunger ready to use beside the toilet.
- Larysa (8/5): Very good - We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It’s cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with a great location — close to everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, which made our stay even more pleasant. We would just recommend the host to replace the electric kettle, as it doesn’t turn off automatically and could be a safety concern. The toaster is also a bit unreliable. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you for hosting us!

- Denis (5/5): It was an experience that I'd rather not repeat - The place was clean. Whoever they hire does a great job. Posted on the fridge is a sign which asks: "Are we earning a five star review?" and the short answer to that is NO. I would give it three stars. Maybe! There were a couple of major things and several minor things with this property that need to be corrected before the owner can aspire to 5 stars.
First of all, the owner wasn't entirely honest in advertising this place. It is not near any Skytrain as the ad would imply. As a matter of fact, it is at least a ten minute drive to the nearest station.
Next, claiming that the apartment has a spa bath is an outright lie. The tub has no jets. You can't fill the tub because the stopper is broken. The shower plunger at the tap is seized shut so that you would only be able to fill the tub from the shower head. There are no hand holds to get in or out of the tub.
The next major item is that the ad says "Sleeps 6". There was only one good bed in the place. It is in the master bedroom. The other bedroom has a bed so low that an adult has to kneel to get into it. The mattress is lumpy and all but guarantees a morning back ache. The couch in the living room is no better.
Then, sleeps 6 does not mean that 6 people can live there. Au contraire, This apartment is designed to accommodate two, max. There is no dining table just a counter with three chairs, the middle one of which is right in front of the kitchen sink which, by the way, has no stoppers.
Let's talk some more about the kitchen. There are three forks and four table knives. There are no large knives at all and no cutting board or scissors. There is a toaster oven which I would have made use of if it worked properly and wasn't so dirty.
In regards to reaching anyone to express ones concerns, although there is a phone number posted on the fridge, no-one answers and when you leave a message, no-one returns your call. Very annoying, to say the least.
