• Royce (9/5): - Private and secure apartment with all the amenities of home, perfect for a small family or gruop of friends. A short walk to restaurants, shops and the cruise ship terminal as well as the departure dock for the reef boats. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

• Carlson (9/5): - The mgmt was extremely attentive when we had questions and a couple of minor issues . Very comfortable layout. Bedrooms on second floor only. Coming from a family with disabilities, I suggest the entry stairs and the second floor bedrooms alert guests to mobility restrictions. Difficult for my husband to carry the heavy bags up the stairs and impossible for me with a cardiac restriction. We are seniors

• Sergio Luiz Gomes (9/5): A solid choice in Cairns. It’s both comfortable and family-friendly. Only some adjustments required. - Good Location: The apartment is well located—just a short walk from the Esplanade, the marina, shops, and restaurants. It was convenient for exploring the area and taking day tours. While there is a view of the water, we wouldn’t call it a highlight. Well-Equipped: A complete kitchen (including coffee pod machine), dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer were all provided. The thoughtful welcome pack stocked essentials like coffee, tea, and dishwasher/washing powder. Spacious and Clean: The apartment was clean and had a good layout. The bed was comfortable and there was enough room for us to relax. Free Parking: Having a private parking spot was a nice bonus. Power outlets: The living areas and also the kitchen have a very limited number of accessible power outlets, which can be challenging for guests needing to charge multiple devices. Lack of Luggage Racks: The apartment did not include any luggage racks, which made it harder to organize our bags during the short stay. A simple addition that would greatly improve convenience. Check-In Issues: We had a setback on arrival because the remote control for the car park access wasn’t working, which delayed us. Poor Lockbox Design and location: The lockbox was hard to use—small numbers and poorly lit, making check-in at night more difficult than it should be. Bathroom Maintenance: The upstairs bathroom sink was semi-blocked, draining very slowly.

• Stamatina (10/5): Great location, modern apartment with everything you need to make you feel right at home. - We liked the location, the apartment and its view. Everything you have at home was also in the apartment. Great price for the location and it also included a car park and a pool!

• Sonia (9/5): Great location and well provided, clean unit - The location, with water views was fantastic. It was very clean and extremely well stocked. The owners have been very thoughtful in providing enough essential items, like tea, coffee, washing up products. Communication was also excellent. Unfortunately, the lift did breakdown and we had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs, however we were recompensed for our troubles. Which was considerate.
• Jessie (8/5): Great stay in the hear of Cairns - The apartment was a great size for our family. It had enough space for all of our needs with a good size kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The beds were comfortable and the views were to die for There was an issue with the oven it didn't work so we ended up having to go out for dinner more than we anticipated. Also the apartment could do with a good dust and the walls be cleaned down.

• Pam (8/5): Very convenient stay - Exceptional location. Kitchen and laundry facilities. Unfortunately the couch and also the mat on the floor were really dirty. Beside looking filthy they also had quite a stale smell that permeated the whole apartment.

Travelled with daughter and 2 grandchildren and the apartment had ample seating and space (2nd toilet was a godsend). I appreciated the overall cleanliness of the apartment and building. We had a small issue with an air conditioner, and we reported it that morning, it was fixed the same day.

• Chris (10/5): Fantastic facility and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. - Location was excellent. Clean and well set out. Had everything we required. Communication from moment of booking and to checkout was outstanding. Only minor negative was the combination lock to access letterbox for keys on arrival. The numbers were hard to read at night and even when using mobile phone for lighting the numbers were hard to read. Maybe need to look at a more easily visible numbered combination lock.

• Nicole (8/5): Great location for the price - Location was great, a decent walk along the boardwalk and a park across the road The balcony was unusable. We had heard of this before our stay, but didn’t think it would be that uncomfortable out there. The bed slates had fallen off the beds, easy fix. The couches were pretty dirty and had some stains. But also was not a big thing.

• Erin (10/5): Would recommend to couples, singles & families - Great location. The building felt really safe. Short walks to the main attractions, supermarket and promenade. There's a wonderful children's playground across the road. Lovely view. The apartment was cool when we arrived which we greatly appreciated. We were able to leave our bags at the management office on arrival and received a text to say the apartment was ready for check-in a little early. Perfectly clean and would recommend to anyone visiting Cairns.
