- Daniel (5/5): Room and location is okay, rooftop pool is great, communication is the worst I ever had. - The view over the skyline was great (although I got an upgrade since the initial room hat problems with the aircon), the pool on 35th floor as well Elevators were super slow, it can take around 10mins to get from your room to the lobby. What was really bad was the communication though: I booked six weeks in advance and tried to reach the host countless times via email, whatsapp and phone to ask for an earlier checkin and booking.com tried to reach as well, but no response. On my day of arrival, 30min before checkin date and when I have already booked another place, I got a reply. Thats not what you want to experience when you just start your vacation.

It also comes with a perfect view of famous landmarks in KL like Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower and TRX. The water flow from the shower-head is quite low.
