• Lisa (6/5): Location great expectation of apartment not so great. - Location I felt it should have been more attention to cleaning. We pay an extra fee for cleaning and it should be sparkling for the fee. The refrigerator/ freezer wasn’t cleaned, bathroom needed some help and the couch/ bed needs a new mattress. I don’t know what it is but every where I stay there is always light bulbs that needs to be replaced
• Mary Emily (10/5): It truly was a great choice for a place to land after the nyc marathon. - The location was perfect for the NYC Marathon! A short subway ride to most places on Manhattan and walking distance to Central Park. The decor was pretty adorable too :) It definitely was a bit of a walk to get to the trendier/better priced places in town. But that was to be expected with the area of Manhattan it was in.

• Sophie (10/5): And absolutely perfect stay in New York near to everything, in style and comfort - In honesty, absolutely everything. The decor, the size, the location. The company who managed this apartment were especially helpful to make sure there are arrival and departure was dealt with really really well and they respond so quickly. There is a restaurant below, which is fantastic if you want to visit somewhere local and they were very considerate with regards to noise, but it’s good to be aware

• David (4/5): Perfect location - small room with limited equipment. - Perfect Location close to Subway stations, Central park, the Met Museum etc. Returning to this flat after 4 days in Washington for another 4 nights in NY (pre-booked). Again same tedious online registration process required in order to check-in. House entrance very dirty. Very step and narrow stairs to reach the flat. No dishwasher. No washing machine. The room is small. The two wooden doors depicted on the photos are dummies - they are just hiding small wardrobes in the corners of the room, but do not lead in a other rooms. I applied for late check-out offer at check-in - I was asked for 90 USD for 3 hours but the owner was unable to organize online payment - he sent me multiple messages with absurd payment options - very tedious and time-consuming. Not a relaxed stay.
• David (10/5): Ideal place to explore NY - optimal location with many museums in walking distance as well as close subways connecting t - Perfect location - very quiet place for a perfect sleep - very good communication with the owner - easy check-in and -out! A GREAT EXPERIENCE! It was perfect.

• Arden (10/5): I loved how cozy this apartment was. Great location and an amazing staff! I enjoyed everything about my stay :) - It was a perfect size for two. I loved the decor! Everything was perfect but if i had to nitpick, I wish there was a dresser!
• Dawn (8/5): Groovy green and must be seen! - Warm and cosy even in the arctic temperatures while we were there. The shower pressure could have been better - more a dribble than a shower and difficult to get the temperature set right.
