• Cristiane (5/5): ótimo prédio. ruim apartamento - o apartamento tem tudo pra ser um dos melhores da região. localização, estacionamento, mercadinho, piscina, lavanderia(paga) ou seja o prédio é ótimo. ( porém... o apartamento em si... tá largado o apartamento não tem roupa de cama disponível, cobertores imundos, toalhas encardidas. CONSIDERE QUE NAO TEM ROUPA DE CAMA NEM TOALHAS DE BANHO, nem de chão nem de mao. na descrição fala que tem cozinha, mas pelo que oferece nem deveria ter. *fogão por inducao com 1 boca só q funciona. *uma frigideira e uma panela *não tem nem colher pra mexer *são 2 pratos e 2 talheres cortei carne com faca de comer, dentro da frigideira pq nem tábua nem faca tinha. utensilhos de cozinha .. ZERO não tem ferro de passar pano de chão ACHO Q NEM VASSOURA TINHA. travesseiros sem fronha. sem lençol pra forrar o sofá. ficou a desejar toda infraestrutura q "oferece" foi bem falha.
