Posizione ottima rispetto all'ospedale di Tor Vergata, con negozi di prima necessità nei dintorni facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze, cordiale e pronto ad aiutarci anche con il funzionamento del sistema di condizionamento. Top! È indipendente dalla qualità dell'appartamento (che è top) ma l'ingresso e il corpo scala in alcuni momenti puzzava di pipì.
