- Sotiris (1/5): Our choice for the specific property really ruined our whole weekend - Nothing - I couldn't stay at the property I rented at all. The hosts are totally unprofessional My booking was cancelled without prior notice although I had pre-paid. Actually, i received an email 4 hours before check-in with some guidance, yet with no attachment. When I asked for this info I received no answer. After arriving at the property, while I was trying to find the host, I got a message to move to a new location, another room, which was significantly inferior to the one I had booked and paid. Up to date, 4 days later, I have received no partial refund, although the host promised he would do so. Really unprofessional and unacceptable behavior!
