Guest Reviews
- Amanda (9/5): Superb - Nice place and great location. It’s a good apartment to stay in when traveling with a baby. The blinds in the bedrooms do not completely block out sunlight.
- Lecky (10/5): Beyond fantastic stay, highly recommend! - It’s a very large apartment in the city with everything you need. The TV was broken, and they went out and bought a new one to install right away. I’m a flight attendant, and the level of comfort, space and customer service isn’t what you get to enjoy much anymore… I highly recommend this rental! There isn’t anything I didn’t like about this property.
- Jeffrey (10/5): 2BR Apt better than 2 hotel rooms - Large Space, Complete Kitchen and Bedroom Accessories, Washer/Dryer, Good Lighting, Convenient Location. Leaking Faucets, Only 1 Bathroom
- L (10/5): I had such a wonderful stay! The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures! -
- Ciara (6/5): Simple, accessible, safe. - The neighborhood was great! Definitely visit Issho bakery if you are a fan of Japanese/Korean flavors and single origin/third wave coffee shops. This apartment is within walking distance to a plethora of things to see/eat/drink. The host of this apartment was very quick to respond to any needs. The apartment felt safe and had all the basic amenities. It was easy to get in and out, and felt private. There could be some more seating in the living room, with three people it wasn't very conducive to hanging out or lounging. Some lamps in the bedrooms with a less intense quality of light would also be great. The place was pretty cold for the first two days. When we messaged the host about this, he quickly provided a solution and that problem was solved.
- Ilana (7/5): Spacious, well-equipped apartment, a short walk from the Queen E. streetcar. - Door code was easy to deal with but the building address was not well marked; each of us (we all arrived separately) had some difficulty finding it. The address next door looks as if it is the whole building.
The apartment itself is spacious, relatively clean (stains on sofa) and well-equipped. Construction and design indicate that it was built for short term rentals on the cheap (uneven walls, spring loaded blinds that aren't in the best of shape, entrance hall needs work). Good areas include bathroom and kitchen though. The beds, including the sofa bed, were comfortable. The area on that corner is a bit "sus" as the parking lot behind isn't paved and there is a lot of construction debris around the property. It is also a fairly noisy corner in the mornings, with a lot of trucks using Eastern Avenue.
More clarity on how to get to the garbage / recycling bins would be helpful. In fact, an actual written guide (to wifi, TV, thermostat, etc...) kept in the apartment would be very useful. Other properties do this with a binder and page protectors.

- Joanne (8/5): Overall a good experience. Neighborhood is quiet. Walkable for any necessities , restaurants , etc . Easy Uber ride to d - Location was good for the purpose of my trip, easy Uber pick ups, walkable for food and necessities. Minor inconvenience of the dishwasher not working , looks as though it had been that way for a while. Need an extra towel rack in the bathroom. The shades were in a bit of disrepair.
- Ahmed (7/5): Good -
- Ellen (9/5): Great spot, excellent communication, and so nice to have space for our pup as well. - Great space and lovely little area of Toronto. We walked to some shops, restaurants, ice cream, and the park nearby. Honestly no complaints
- Mariya (8/5): Very good - The location of this property is fantastic. Steps away from coffee shops, restaurants, several grocery stores, and the light rail to go downtown Toronto. The host is very responsive, making communication very easy. The couch could use a refresh
- Eugene (9/5): If you’re in need of a reasonable place in this oart of Toronto book it! - Location, ease of access, cleanliness, and ability to park. Communication was also fantastic Maybe some ice would be nice. 😁
- Molly (10/5): Exceptional - perfect location - quiet, cool property. Great communication
- Michal (9/5): Cute apartment in a nice area close to town - The apartment in is a nice area, close to shops and a starbucks on Queen st. Close to downtown, lots of public transport.
The living room is spacious, kitchen has The amenities needed.
Beda were very comfy. Perfect for jetlagged travelers.:)
There is a closet in one room, the second has a walk in wardrobe.
Though close to a junction, it was quiet and we could sleep well at night. The flight of stairs to the apartment was a bit tricky with large luggage.
The couch could do with a replacement.
Apart from that it was very nice.
