- Goh (4/5): SORRY!! Wouldn't prefer to go back again, as there are more options on the list. - The location was good been staying other unit several times but this host was the 1st time. I've a lot to talk about but I'll my feedback on the dislike sections, Overall place is clean and it's easy to access, as expected. there is a water dispenser machine as well, which is a plus point for the host. Too many rules, as I believe they had bad experience with the previous guest. Everything is talk about money so yeah, kind of understand but it was a little irritating. Overall me and my family didn't really enjoy the stay but cleanliness, amenities I'll give them an A-ffort. WOuld suggest the host to be more responsible and at least communicates better with their guest. Poor Hospitality Management, 1. You have loads of house rules for your guests before we even check-in. 2. Check in at 3pm, but at 7pm no access card were provided. There wasn't any communication with the cleaner & security guard. 3. No water for the guest to shower. NO RESPONSE from the host until the next morning and check out is at 11am, yet there is non of solution for the guest, until checked out only get technician to fix the water issue. Doesn't make any sense.
