Aude (9/5): Convenient location - The location is very convenient 5min walk from the train/metro/bus/tram station. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel. The room is spacious, always clean, ensuite bathroom, kettle with tea bags. The garbage in the entrance (common area) of the building gives an apprehension at first but the hotel is pon the 3rd floor, very clean. One can leave their luggage on arrival but not on the day of departure.

Felipe (7/5): Good - Very good hotel with affordable rate really close to termini station. You get free breakfast in a bar nearby providing a simple sandwich and coffee. The rooms are great. The main drawbacks are that you can't use the AC and it's pretty much impossible to get in contact with someone in case something happens. I sent a message to both of the hotel's whatsapp numbers and was simply ignored and never received a reply for the whole 4 days I stayed there.

Mr. (1/5): Cold and unpleasant. - The location and the provided breakfast were very good. Also the fact we were able to store our luggage before checkin was very helpful. Our stay was in January so given the fact it was very cold, most of the time the heating was not working. We wanted to at least put on the air conditioner however the remote for it was taken away beforehand. We contacted the host to ask if we can have it but answer from their side never came. We went to check with the other visitors if they have a remote for the AC but it turned out they didn’t have it either. On another point, the communication with the host was pretty bad. The booking said we can communicate with the host in English but we were not able to exchange even a single word in English. Having that said we had to use a translator all the time to understand what they are saying in Italian. The manors were not hospitable at all.

Scott (4/5): Very disappointing - Great location very nice and super clean We had no hot water the entire four days stay and Italy in November is very cold, you would think hot water was a basic necessity . No one seemed to be able to do anything about it. I think the problem is the water tank is not big enough for the amount of people staying there. We were also locked in the room for a couple of hours as the locks didn’t work to get out of the room.

Regina (10/5): It was a great stay. - Nicely located, very clean, everything is new and shiny. Breakfast was disappointing. It’s served in the cafe right next door, but it’s just coffee, juice and croissant. No selection at all.
Kevin.duka (4/5): Overpriced - The location was good, near Termini station. The room was big and clean, we had room service each day. From what i understood it was a b&b runned by an agency, so all the information came from there. If you had any special request, noone responded. They give all the instructions via link, but at the end it concluded all wrong. They said room 301 but actually, after we found a phone number, we were room 303, after waiting at the reception for the late check in. The neighborhood doesnt feel very safe. The towels had a weird smell. I can't tell if they were cleaned, but the smell was obvious. There is no enough water in the shower and the bathroom had also not a kind smell. The steets were noisy, sometimes difficult to sleep. You had to consume breakfast outside, near a bar. Maybe the worst i had in a long time, so better chose another way. To conclude, paying more than 300€ for 2 nights for this b&b sounded a robbery.
