- Inez (9/5): - Sparkling clean! Excellent location! Easy to connect with the host. Overall a blissful experience! Love it! Kinda hear the conversations next door - hence worried vise versa.
- Galli (6/5): - The location wasn’t great, the area wasn’t as nice as I would have liked. There is no deadbolt or interior lock on the door which made me uncomfortable being a single woman in that neighborhood alone overnight. I would recommend the hosts add at least a chain if not a deadbolt for safety.

- Diala (10/5): Cute and cozy spot worth the money we paid. - The location was great, unit was very clean. It also had plates and mugs which was a bonus, as well as a coffee machine and small kitchen sink. AC unit was provided as an added comfort.
- Ahmed (10/5): Clean, close and comfortable - Great accommodations, very close to venues we were at. Exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds. Host communication very responsive both before and after stay. Definitely a place to return to if we are to be in Kitchener again.

The shower was fantastic (great water pressure!), and the bed and pillows were so comfy — I slept really well. I did struggle a bit with the heating controls, but since the night was mild, it wasn’t an issue. The location was ideal— right by a great trail, super close to downtown with tons of great food options nearby. The place was spotless, and the host was super responsive, which made everything even easier. Overall, a wonderful little gem for a short, stress-free stay! Would happily return.

- Pranav (1/5): I would stay but collect all proof if you see anything changed/altered/doesn't match description. - I like overall property. This property owner is a bit fraud as I booked a place for 5 adults for 5 nights, while booking, in the description it said there is 1xdouble bed and 1xsofa bed. so we booked it as we were unsure about 5th person. so we thought 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed should be good. As soon as we checked in, there was no sofa bed in the property. I messaged property manager, he didn't reply. My friend called property manager, he mentioned there is no sofa bed at the property. Booking.com description said they have sofa bed and there was no sofabed. We had to book another hotel for rest of the person which cost us additional $1300. This is an honest review, I waited for 13 days after check out to get some resolution but nope. My mistake is that I didn't took the screenshot and now everyone is saving their a**. i am sure this honest review might get deleted because it's honest one(taking ss of this too).
