- Scott (9/5): Great weekend away - Location was great to get around Few things need some maintenance but nothing major
- Anna (7/5): Enjoyable but towel rails and lift - Excellent location, great views. Well equipped. Towel rails were loose in both bathrooms and could not be used. I reported this when I arrived. Lift was broken when we arrived and the penthouse was 6 floors up and we had 2 heavy suitcases. Bel told us it would be fixed asap but after 4 nights it was not so we had to walk down again with all our suitcases
- melanie (10/5): Absolutely fabulous place to stay , close to everything you need -
- Jessica (10/5): - It has everything you need for a family including high chair and some children's toys.
The view is gorgeous, Coles is nearby for a shop. Lots of towels, toilet paper, toiletries, washing machine and dryer. Roof top terrace with space for the kids to run around. Hot air balloons in the morning.

The host was amazing!
Everything was beyond our expectation.
We highly recommended this Penthouse! The bed, the living room, the kitchen and especially the big balcony with almost full city skyline for fireworks on New Year Eve!
- Chris (10/5): Perfect stay. 3 very comfortable bedrooms. Everything you needed in a kitchen. Rooftop great views & space for eve. - Loved the location. Very comfortable & beautiful rooftop terrace. Loved it all.
- Justrox (10/5): Absolutely loved it! Plenty of space for 6 adults- location was perfect! - The owner met us at the building and handed over the keys. She was very pleasant and accomodating. The accomodation was clean, kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable and had quality linen- plenty of storage too. Loved it! the lounge area was alot smaller than what I thought it would be, but, we were out everyday and there was a great outdoor space to use as well when i it wasnt raining. Having said that, it was comfortable and homy

- Murray (10/5): Relaxing and stress free!! 👍 - Amazing place, we as a group of 3 arrived to an absolute gem of a place.. clean and everything you need.. stunning views to the MCG and surrounding Melbourne skyline… stones throw away from the tram to take you into city… Cole’s supermarket, cafes, pubs everything on your doorstep.. for a 6 day break this was a perfect place… Absolutely nothing.. everything was there that you needed
- Jesse (10/5): 10/10 property, fantastic location and view! - The entrance was a little hidden but found it quite easily, blown away once we got inside and seen the view. The rooms were spacious enough for 4 people and didn't feel cramped at all, location was awesome, walking distance to the MCG, tram stop just outside and shops within a 2 minute walk. The Italian restaurant is definitely a shout if you don't want to cook dinner. The AC heated up the whole room within about 30 mins. Hosts were super helpful during the stay, would stay here again! Struggling to find any issues with the property here.
- Shaughnessy (9/5): Great apartment in a great location - Great location. Close to the MCG which is a 20 minute walk away so perfect to watch the cricket or Aussie Rules Football. Fabulous views towards the city and Bridge Road is a real mix of the old Melbourne buildings with the modern Melbourne built on top or mingled between. Great shopping and restaurants with a supermarket 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Tram station right outside the property and only a 50 minute walk to the heart of the City. The apartment has a washing machine and everything you need to be self sufficient and Belinda was so helpful. Bit of a noisy location but you are in the thick of things so it’s a compromise worth making.
- Samantha (9/5): Superb - Great balcony & such friendly & accommodating owners. Awesome AC too Beds were a little small, but fit the rooms correctly
- Sally (9/5): Superb - The views were amazing. I loved the fake grass on the balcony. Very convenient for everything we wanted to do in Melbourne Struggled with the hot water in the shower: When turned to hot there was very little water pressure. Though the water pressure was good when turned to cold.
- Denise (10/5): We will definately be staying here again. - The location was perfect with a tram stop practically at the door which took us into the City. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and the outdoor entertaining area was wonderful for afternoon drinks and nibblies. We couldn’t fault anything. The hosts were awesome.
- Jane (9/5): A holiday to remember because of the location and wonderful views. - This property is in a very convenient location because it is so close to a Coles, lots of eateries and yet close to the CBD by tram. We stayed for the AO tennis and found it easy to walk there. We enjoyed the atmosphere in Richmond and getting to know a different area of Melbourne. The view from the balcony is the highlight of this apartment and being on the top floor with no near neighbours. We found the living are smaller than expected on the photos, but that didn't matter at all and having three bedrooms was more useful.
Belinda was very helpful organising parking for us at Richmond Traders because we had too large a vehicle to park on site. I was certain with my communications with Belinda before our stay that if there had been any problems, she would have made sure they were dealt with. However, we didn't have any problems and just had a wonderful stay.
We had a little trouble finding the entrance to the apartments on Bridge Rd because it is accessed through a narrow footpath between two buildings and so difficult to see and can easily be missed (although the street number is displayed!). However, this wasn't really something not to like, but rather something to be aware of. We liked everything.
- Leonie (7/5): Roomy apartment with great views in a good location. - Great location and really well equipped. Fantastic to have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at an affordable price. Kitchen had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Awesome views too. A few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Also a bit of traffic noise but not too bad.
- Carolyn (10/5): Fantastic apartment, brilliant luxury balcony with views. Excellent location. Will stay again. - On a long trip and this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Derek and Belinda lovely hosts. Fantastic spacious apartment with amazing balcony and city view. Stocked with everything one could ever need. Tram stop outside. Supermarket 2 mins walk! Easy access by tram to everything but also plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars within a few steps. Loved it here. Will be back, Nothing
- Maree (8/5): It was a great stay - The view, room for the entire family Hot afternoon sun and aircon not working
- Bernadette (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adam (10/5): Very nice apartment, exactly what was needed for a small group staying in Melbourne! Love to coke back - Superb location, very good spot, a lot of room and happy with the layout
- Connie (8/5): Very good - Tram stop just downstairs, close to supermarket. Comfortable home with well furnished kitchen . Night view outside balcony was very nice. Host response always quickly . The showers in both toilet were leaking made the water temperature fluctuate a lot.
The Wifi not connected with lan so couldn't use..
- Mark (9/5): Great location, plenty of space, good value for money - Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this penthouse apartment in RIchmond, Melbourne. It was in a great location close to restaurants, coles, and a short tram trip into the city. Being a runner, it was great being able to run past the MCG, into the city, along the Yarra and through the botanic gardens without needing to drive anywhere. Plenty of room for all of us, modern facilities and a well-appointed kitchen. The balconies were awesome, and having no neighbours on the penthouse level is great. We're from a country town so there was some culture shock being in Melbourne and its traffic, but the apartment building is set back from the street a bit, so we weren't really bothered by traffic noise after the first night (we stayed 8 nights). The host was quick to respond when we needed to get parking organised, and with other communication. Overall, it was very comfortable, good value for money, and I'd recommend it to others. There were a few small maintenance issues, nothing major, so I'll forward those through to the host. They seemed eager and quick to respond to any issues that might crop up. My wife found the mattress (in the master bedroom) a little firm, but it was ok for me. Parking is via a car stacker, which was new to me, but got the hang of it fairly quickly. We only had a medium-sized car which fitted fine, but be aware there are size limits.
- Branden (3/5): Poor -
- Skeldy62 (8/5): Fabulous Melbourne Apartment - Great location. Only apartment on that floor, so very private. Shops, supermarkets, and restaurants are all in the area. Trams 75 and 48 go right past the property into Melbourne CBD. Great location for the MCG, AAMI Park, and Tennis Stadiums as all are within walking distance. It's very clean and tidy, plus a great outdoor balcony space. Heat pumps in all bedrooms and lounge.
- Stacey (10/5): Richmond getaway - We loved everything about our stay. Very relaxing & even watched the hot air baloons fly over the balcony.
The rooms are a great size, comfortable beds & pillows, all with balcony access. Two bathrooms were a bonus. Fluffy towels & soaps were also provided.
Heaps of seating areas to relax inside & outside the apartment.
Location excellent for eating out & 23 minute walk to Melbourne CBD.
We will definitely return. Loved our stay, nothing negative.
