- Peter (3/5): Zeer teleurstellend - Gebrek aan zorg en opvolging zorgen voor afbreuk van de verwachtte premiumervaring. - Prachtig ontworpen pand op een toplocatie binnen Blue Bay. Hoogwaardige afwerking en een woning met veel luxevoorzieningen en potentieel. Instagramwaardig. Het beheer reageerde snel op onze meldingen, en werden in de mate van het mogelijke opgelost. De service en opvolging stonden helaas in schril contrast met de uitstraling en prijs van de woning. Bij aankomst ontbraken basisvoorzieningen (geen toiletpapier op gastentoilet, conditioner leeg na 1x gebruik), waren de kasten niet schoon, en waren er sporen van eerder gebruik duidelijk zichtbaar. Volgens de beheerder ligt het aan de materialen van de kasten, doch de foto’s spreken voor zich. Het luxe (Japanse)-toilet werkte niet en na dagen heen-en-weer mailen met de beheerder (waarbij ik als gast gevraagd werd om technische hulp), bleek uiteindelijk simpelweg de watertoevoer nog dicht te staan. Verder hadden we tijdens ons verblijf van 7 dagen nog een verstopte afvoer in 1 van de douches. Deze zat vol haar en zeepresten, waardoor het water niet meer wegliep. De tv’s in de slaapkamers blokkeren als je Netflix opent , een douchekop die alle kanten opspoot, en zichtbare schade door vocht op de badkamerlades op een pand van amper 2 jaar oud. Te veel kleine en grote gebreken, en een gebrek aan professionele opvolging/communicatie die de ervaring helaas overschaduwden. Het is een duur verblijf, doch als de kwaliteit van het onderhoud op hetzelfde niveau zou zijn als de materialen en afwerking van het luxeverblijf an sich zou het zijn geld zeker waard zijn.

- Fantasia (10/5): - I absolutely loved my stay at The Cape. The place was super clean, very quiet, very secure and luxurious! The apartment was also very comfortable. Check in was seamless and the workers maintained contact with me throughout the entire time. Even when they forgot to send my beach pass, I messaged them and in a few minutes, my passes were emailed. The only issue I had was trying to figure out how to work the microwave, oven and stove. Everything was very high tech but we loved it.
