- Pedro (5/5): Ótima localização mas custo-benefício ruim, pelo estado do apartamento. - Acesso fácil. Portaria já tinha meus dados. Foi só apresentar e subir. Apto com fechadura digital, muito prático. Apartamento tem boa distribuição de espaço, uma pequena cozinha conjugada à sala/quarto, e um banheiro com espaço adequado para uma acomodação curta para no máximo um casal. A localização é ótima e me pareceu bem silencioso. Em resumo, o apartamento está bem 'cansado'. Pintura velha e cheias de marcas nas paredes. Os móveis acompanham a idade, apesar de ainda serem úteis (mesa redonda pequena, cômoda e armário). Não usei a geladeira e pia de cozinha. Do sofá não dá para falar o mesmo, não está legal e tem um pano/capa por cima, de aparência velha e suja. No banheiro tive surpresas ruins: cabelo na pia (sou careca) indicava limpeza deficiente, e o chuveiro é bem ruim, jato de água em 'partes'. A cama é OK mas eu durmo fácil. Alguém mais sensível no sono pode achar ruim. Sobre o estacionamento, apesar do anúncio indicar que tinha vaga inclusa, ao chegar o porteiro falou que o prédio estava cheio. Deixei o carro na rua, que é bem tranquila e tinha uma vaga em frente. Porém isso não foi o anunciado/combinado. O apartamento em si é bom, mas carece de cuidados e nem precisa gastar muito. Em resumo, para mim, o custo-benefício foi ruim.

- Fernando (9/5): Custo benefício espetacular - Aprovada a estadia, que tinha tudo que eu precisava, além de estar localizada numa área nobre da cidade, com todas as comodidades de um condomínio. Tive um problema com ar condicionado no primeiro dia, mas o dono do espaço foi bem solícito e me ofereceu uma troca de quarto sem custo adicional. Também consegui estender minha estadia em 1 dia pagando o mesmo valor pela diária, o que foi ótimo pra mim. Limpeza: muito boa. Wi-fi: um dos destaques para quem precisa trabalhar. Para quem ainda quer ficar perto da praia, as vantagens em termos de custo-benefício são indiscutíveis. O ar condicionado do primeiro quarto precisa de reparos. Mas a troca não me gerou transtorno, bem como a atenção do dono do espaço, que foi muito boa.

A cama é confortável, o ar-condicionado e a TV funcionam perfeitamente. A cozinha é bem equipada, com cafeteira, frigobar gelando corretamente, pratos, copos, talheres e toalhas de banho limpas. Tudo muito organizado e acolhedor. Como sugestão de melhoria, apenas os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis e um pouco mais grossos. Também seria ótimo ter duas taças ou copos mais adequados e um escorredor de louças pequeno. Apenas uma crítica construtiva para deixar a experiência ainda mais completa.

A vista para a restinga e o mar é simplesmente perfeita. Valeu super a pena. Não tivemos nenhum problema no check in, o fato de ser fechadura eletrônica facilitou muito. Além disso, o condomínio é muito bem localizado. Voltarei mais vezes. A piscina estava em reforma durante toda a semana e não fomos informados na hora da reserva.

Internet de otima qualidade O banheiro tinha um cheiro muito forte a cigarro em varios momentos do dia e se espalhaba o cheiro por todo o quarto. Avisei a anfitriona mas acredito que origen era de algum outro quarto.

- Leonardo (6/5): Para estadia longa não vale a pena pois não tem serviço de limpeza. - Apartamento em frente a praia, para quem está indo a turismo é um prato cheio. Não está claro no anúncio que o apartamento não tem serviço de limpeza, então ao meu ver, só funciona esse tipo de estadia se for uma estadia curta. Ficamos 5 dias, então foram 5 dias com a mesma toalha, a mesma roupa de cama, o mesmo lixo do banheiro. A diferença de preço para um hotel era bem pouca, então, no meu caso, eu não me hospedaria novamente nessa circunstâncias. Repetindo: Se for uma estadia de 1 ou 2 dias, vale a pena, fora isso não.
