- Simone (8/5): Great location, easy access to Balmain & the city, views of the Harbour Bridge from the bedroom. - The location was excellent, everything is at your fingertips, no need to hire a car. There is a bus stop right at the door, with the 442 bus available every 10 minutes (3 stops to Balmain Village shops) which takes you directly to the city (QVB shopping district). Its a 2 second walk to the convenience store (open early til late 7 days) and cafe (great breakfast & coffee). A quick downhill walk to the ferry and harbour front parks. Whilst the address is on the main street, the apartment wasn't noisy as you are located to the rear of the building and off ground level. I didn't like that you had to access the apartment via a laneway that stores garbage bins from the convenience store. The other oddity is that the bathrooms have the vanity outside the bathroom, handy maybe for groups, by inconvenient for the user of the bathroom.
- Dean (10/5): Would highly recommend - Clean, great location and handy facilities Smelly rubbish bins in laneway but this can’t be helped

- Del (10/5): - Great location
Awesome view
Close to public transport Floor wasn't clean when we arrived. Soles of feet were nearly black after walking around in the apartment on our first afternoon. Mop with rusty handle was on the patio but could not be used.
Cobwebs along the outside railings
Outside areas weren't swept
- Chris (9/5): Very comfortable apartment in an exceptional location. - The location. The sliding doors in the living area were flimsy and too difficult to open. One of the latches was broken and could not be opened fully. The handles seemed to hit each other in the corner.
- Carol (8/5): - We liked the nice big kitchen and lounge area.
It wasn't far to the ferry. We used this alot. The water pressure wasn't very good. Also 2 people couldn't shower at the same time because the water would be cold for 1.
- Jose (9/5): Superb -
- Zahraa (8/5): Lovely place with good facilities - Good location. Staff were helpful. Place was spacious and had hard floors throughout. Well equipped. Price was good.
We had the apartment to the rear of the convenience store, not the one on top of the store. Quilts need cleaning. Yes they are sandwiched between two clean flat sheets but these flat sheets often come undone revealing the unclean quilt. Maybe if someone books the place just bring quilt covers (the type with zips or buttons so they stay securely on) with you and put them on for peace of mind. Also, the place need a laundry basket for clean clothes to transfer to dryer, and a portable clothes drying rack would be great.
- Eileen (10/5): A great holiday venue for six people.we all enjoyed it - Comfortable. Everything possible provided. Great social areas. Close to ferry for CQ. Bus up the hill on return. Everyone in neighbourhood friendly. Chatted to all locals. Shop and coffee shop were just out of the gates. We had a great stay and enjoyed Sydney. Hope to be back sometime. Nothing.
- Kathryn (8/5): Cozy unit in great location close to transport and some great food places. Beds were comfortable. - Great location. Close to ferry terminal and bus stops. Quick walk to pet friendly pub and cafes. Handy to have a convenience store/bottleshop downstairs. Area was nice and quiet. Outside areas needed cleaning. Batteries in remotes were in need of replacing.
- Petri (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent.Really easy to take the ferry and go to the city center.
