Mahdi (10/5): Exceptional - The building is in good hands. Ms Leo will do everything to make sure you are in good hands. The location is great. It's have a functioning kitchen. Smart tv and bathtub is a plus.
Celine (1/5): extremelly rude people, sub standard facilities. - I arrived at the time we agreed upon which was 10 am and was told id have to wait until 12.30. I was left to wait at the reception with no air conditoning or fan is the heat/humiity for 2.5 hours. No one even offered me water or anything. I had been travelling all night and was almost passing out due to the extreme fatigue. my room wasn't even ready so they gave me another flat(2 bedrooms which a coach-roach) then the next day I was supposed to get my one bedroom flat at 12 but was made to wait again at the reception for 30 minutes. Also the accomodation was sub standand, sink/ bath thub were leaking. Everything
