- Yip Ai Hui (9/5): Comfortable and convenient place to stay in Grindelwald - The location of the apartment is really close to the train station. We were able to pull our luggages (no stairs) and it took about 5-10min to reach. It is at the start of the main street and COOP supermarket is just 5min away. There is a small park right next to it, perfect if you have children with you!
There is an office in the building but you have to take note of their operating hours. The staff there were friendly, approachable and they responded quickly to enquiries via booking platform/email. Luggage storage was available too!
The apartment is accessible via lift. The room is spacious, clean, well-lit and comfortable. Everything works well. Full kitchenette is provided (they even have baking essentials, though we didn't use). The bathroom water heater and power were strong and there were two sinks available. Bathroom: You have to stand on the bathtub to shower and it can be slippery when coming out. Have to be careful especially when travelling with elderly. There were several issues with the bathroom (One of the sink drain hole was spoilt) but none critical. We reported to the staff and they offered to have a technician come down if this bothers us. Great service!
Toiletries: Bring your own body wash and shampoo as only a small set was provided. Toothbrushes and toothpastes are also not provided.

- Sung Chol (8/5): 가성비는 아쉽지만 위치는.최고입니다.. - 위치가 너무 좋아요.. 기차역, 쿱마트, 버스정류장 다 인접해 있습니다.. 2층에 위해 있고 1층에 체크인 사무실이 있어서 늦은 체크인도 가능했습니다.. 1년전에 예약했는데도 불구하고 가격이 너무 비싸요.. 1박에 70만원이 넘네요.. ㅠㅠ 그리고 길 쪽으로 테라스기 있어서 뷰는 많이 아쉽습니다..

Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. With windows/doors open the street noise is pretty loud if you are sensitive to that but with them closed you can’t hear anything. Wasn’t an issue for us but may be for others.

Want us to clean as how it is originall - Everything is good comfort and nice stay except it is expensive. The apartment charge us chf4.7 per person per night of visitor tax which this extra cost did not stated upon our booking confirmation. The apartment also ask us to pay security deposit chf300 by credit cards, but the host told us this is cleaning fees, we have to clean everything as how we come and how we leave. Hello, isnt we paid the apartment including cleaning fees? Why do the host ask us to clean everything? We feel pressure of staying with this apartment seriously. And hello, in the invoice stated this chf300 is security deposit, but the host told us this include cleaning fees, if we did not clean it as originally, we will get fined from this security deposit. We really feel preasure to stay with this apartment. A very bad bad bad bad experience. We do not enjoy our stay as so many restrictions.

- Lilian (9/5): Great location a in beautiful spot. - Location in downtown Grindelwald can’t be beat! Easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and trains/buses.
- Ranjith (7/5): Excellent property with easy access to the attractions. - The apartment was very comfortable, we were arrived late but the property made fantastic arrangements that we have got all that we needed. It was at prime place where the supermarkets and bus stations are nearby and walkable distance to most of the tourist attractions. Two bedroom apartment was big enough to accommodate 5 of us. Had enough kitchen appliances and laundry facilities. Apartment was clean when we checked in. Parking is under garage and safe for cars. I can't say the following things I didn't like it but it could have been informed to us in advance.
1. As per the house rules, we need to cleanup the garbage before checking out. - Please note they haven't charged anything for cleaning as it was in the other properties that we have stayed through other platforms.
2. We have stayed for 6 nights, and we were informed that we need to pay for any additional cleaning services. - at least twice they should have cleaned as I have paid good amount of money.
as I mentioned earlier, these could have been informed well in advance so we could have made informed decisions.
overall, we are satisfied.
- Fukio (8/5): It's 420,000 yen per week in Japanese yen. - There is a washing machine and a microwave. The location is good.
The staff is kind. I need a trick to open and close the key. It was noisy until late at night because there was a square nearby.
I made a mistake in the direction of the room, so I couldn't see Eiger right in front of me.
One room in the bedroom was facing the main street, so I couldn't open the curtains in the room.
When I let my guard down, a fly came into the room.
