• Andela (1/5): Moisture! Cold! Uncomfortable! - A lot of moisture on the walls, and the owners are gaslighting us, claiming it's just the paint. My friend had an asthma attack in the middle of the night because of it. Everything smells of dampness. There are no closets to store things. Mattresses are on the floor or pallets instead of proper beds. The heating barely works.
• Emmanouil (7/5): Didh't met our expectations - Great location, only a 5 minutes walk from Metro station Crocetta ( Metro Line 3, yellow ). Excellent neighborhood, with a lot of restaurants and bars next to the apartment where you can eat. Also, a big Super Market Carrefour to a walking distance ( 5 minutes on foot). As a Hotel owner in my country, I would like to refer to some points that need improvement: 1) Apartment wasn't thoroughly clean. For example, as you can see in the photo, we had a little spider-pet into our bathroom. 2) The apartment is equipped with automatic opening, thus you have to open the door by an application on you mobile phone. This wasn't a serious case for me, but could be a problem for elderly people, non familiar with technology. In any case, this method is always dangerous as someone could loose his mobile phone or run out of battery before their return and, as a result, they would left outside of the room! 3) There was no room for clothes. There was only drawers, but no closets. Even there were a lot of hangers, no place to hang them! (photo) 4) Very poor amenities! As you can see in the photo, there were only 2 SMALL bags of Hair and Body Wash, not enough, of course, for two persons for a 3 days accommodation. To be honest, not enough even for one shower for me! Toilet paper also wasn't enough, I had to buy! We are humans, not pets. I would expect, since I pay 130 euros / per day, that I would have been provided with the proper amenities and not had to spend extra money for this purpose.
• Miklós (4/5): Total disappointment, not clean at all - Location is really great and size was okay. It was a total disapointment. 1) It was totally dirty!!! The bathroom was totally moldy. Even the dustbin was full!!! Suggest not to use the name cleanbnb, because that is very misleading. 2) There was no room for clothes. Not even a hanger. 3)Also the stairs of gallery can’t be used safely for an adult because of the tiny steps. It was dangerous. 4) The check in was via an unknown website where we should upload all our data and id photo… not too secure. There was no key and to get in you need a full battery mobile and a perfect internet connection. You don’t know wheter anyone can get in with a code while you are inside… it was strange and not so userfriendly solution. On the other hand I think it is booking.com responsibility to quality check the apartments, and to check if the evaluations are real. This apartment is defenitely not 4 star and not above 8! Because of this issue i cancelled all my further bookings on booking.com!
