We were able to accomodate 5 people in comfort. The hosts were good communicators . Our stay was faultless. • Bian (7/5): Good - Location is good, very convenient to have dinner and to buy everything. Easy to walk to the beach. "When checking in, I found long hair and sand on the bedding. The host promptly responded and refunded the cleaning fee. On the first and second nights of my stay, the doorbell would occasionally ring for no apparent reason, disrupting my sleep. When it rang again on the third night, I picked up the receiver, then hung up, and it didn't ring again afterward. Additionally, this trip was arranged to celebrate my son's 18th birthday, so I was looking forward to a room with a sea view. However, I was disappointed to find a construction site directly in front of the window, with a crane working every day, making it difficult to capture a photo of the sea without the crane from both the living room and bedroom. This was truly disappointing. If I had been notified at the time of booking, I probably wouldn't have chosen this room, which also affects its value for money. However, the host's response to messages was very prompt, so thank you."
• Samantha (10/5): Homey and luxurious. Thank you - Very clean, spacious, had everything I needed. Snacks, coffee pods, and necessary kitchen/ toiletry items were a nice touch & make you feel right at home. Property manager was prompt & great to deal with.
• Anne (10/5): Better than everything else on the GC - Perfect location, beautiful spacious apartment that was impeccably clean and the host was without doubt the best in the business. Easy check-in and check out, lovely welcome basket, generous products in the bathrooms and large towels to use at the pool. Great facilities and very comfortable furniture and beds. Some beeping noises during the night (coming from the buildings nearby alarm system I think) that were a little disruptive to sleep in the master bedroom but overall didn't impact our stay

Steve was responsive and easy to communicate with. The sea breeze at night was breathtaking! So close to the gorgeous beach too. Totally unrelated to the apartment, but impacting on experience of stay is the lift service. 2 out of 3 lifts were out of service, resulting in long waits and overcrowding.

Everything you need is there with lovely personal touches like great food snacks and an in person welcome from Steve the property manager. I’m definitely coming back! Prime location sitting above loads of restaurants, the supermarket, and pacific fair shopping centre is just 5 minutes walk away.
