• Maricela (10/5): Nice luxury high rise deposit required - I like the location and the building and how parking is included. Property was good! The only issue we had was with the deposit. It was a lot of back and forth and it took 2 weeks to get back but we were compensated for that!! That’s why I give them a 10 for handling the situation professionally.

Peccato che proprio durante il periodo del nostro soggiorno in questa zona è stato ordinato il coprifuoco dalle 20 alle 06 a causa delle violenti proteste . A parte questo disagio il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto . Consiglio questo appartamento perché corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto. Host cordiale e reattivo. Ci tornerò! Non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso della cauzione....speriamo arrivi!

• Steve (8/5): Overall it was a good experience. They should work on meeting at the location to get the keys. - The apartment was decorated well with very nice views of the city. Getting the keys and various codes was very stressful. We were supposed to meet at an Ice Cream parlor called Parides and it was a different name. It appeared to be a scam at first, but we eventually met with an older lady on a street corner that had the keys. Also it took 14 days to get our deposit returned. It was supposed to be a maximum of 5 days.

• Molina (4/5): Scalding on skid row - The apartment itself was nice. We had major problems with the owners when it came to meeting us to let us into the property. They were an hour late and expected us to work around their schedule, not when we were arriving. Moreover, the location was sketchy and near skid row. I felt very unsafe sitting in front of the property for an hour waiting for the owner to arrive (who never did, but sent their cleaning girl who was not prepared and who also did not speak English). The AC only worked in half the unit, so the master bedroom, bath, and closet were very hot. Also, there was a problem with the water in the building, so it came out very, very hot, even from the refrigerator. I scalded myself when getting into the bath because I did not know about the issue. I would not stay there again given all these issues.

Very spacious. Minor problems. Not all outlets work, light in one of the rooms wasn’t working. But otherwise great. The communication was very complicated. Different numbers for different issues and not very well organised.
