Guest Reviews
- Stuart (9/5): -
- HELENA (9/5): Spacious room and clean - Spacious room and comfortable The steam room was a bit confusing to use and a 10 mins to walk to a train station
- Kylie (6/5): Just felt off. Very small space that is then overcrowded in the room. In area where a lot of short stay rooms availabl - Location was great. Bathroom was great and lots of amenities provided. Felt seedy. Couldn’t see receptions face. No hotel reception facilities that others offer (like luggage forwarding).
- Robert (9/5): A nice change when visiting Tokyo - The location is fairly close to the Higashi-Shinjuku metro station on the Oedo line, which is a decent line. The walk to Shinjuku station is rather far if you are taking luggage. The hotel is easy to find. Room size is larger than average for Japan. The water pressure is amazing - this is a great place if you like showers with plenty of water. This is/was a "love hotel" and there are still signs of that - the video monitor in the lobby shows available rooms, and the check-in counter is behind a tinted window. And there are adult videos on the (free) TV. The room included a nice-sized Jacuzzi bath and a small dry sauna, which were great features. I had a few requests and there were staff members that could speak English. If you have ever wanted to try a love hotel but felt a little intimidated, this is a great choice - very foreigner-friendly. I felt very comfortable and safe in the area. The hotel is starting to show its age in a few spots, but nothing significant. I would stay here again.
- Aljon (10/5): -
- Matthew (8/5): - Lots of space Cheap bedding, gets too warm easily
- Shiatis (8/5): Good value close to metro - Close to restaurants bars and the metro
Loved the sauna and jacuzzi in the room The entrance was a bit odd, not being able to see the staff’s face when checking in was a bit weird
Also having to return the room key when leaving the hotel made me feel a bit uncomfortable
Regardless everyone was very accommodating
- Christian (10/5): -
- Nick (10/5): Great - Perfect location, room was great, hot tub, sauna ,karaoke ,we had never stayed in a love hotel before and were a bit hesitant to book it so glad we did ,it wasn’t seedy and we didn’t feel uncomfortable at all for our 4 day stay, would definitely recommend it Nothing
- Gary (8/5): -
- James (1/5): - Normally I have a good time relaxing in the jacuzzi and sauna but this time it was a disappointment. No power for an entire night, originally when I asked about a refund they told me I would have to check out. Eventually they did refund my stay but they did not offer the refund until they ended up being overnight with no power and no air conditioning. After 4 hours without power they should have already told me they would give me a refund.
- Jonathan (9/5): -
- Amelia (8/5): - It was very luxurious and clean. They had a full spa and sauna in the room. It's a good treat to do when travelling solo and more affordable than hotels.
- Jovani (8/5): I'd definitely stay here again. It was very comfortable here - The hotel is around the corner from a few 7-11 stores, subway entrances, and of course Don Quijote. You don't have to go far from this hotel to find great food. Also it's on a block with several vending machines. So if you definitely don't want to walk to a store for drinks, that's also an option

- Jose (10/5): Amazing all around, would stay here again. - I liked the room, the tv and tv channel options, the size of the shower and sauna. I liked how the bathroom was very far away. I liked how I could have many visitors whenever and still felt like I had my privacy. The staff was professional. I also thought the staff was very generous and helpful. There was a minor issue that arose, I just wanted to bring it to management attention. Instead, they went above and beyond to make up for it. I also liked the face masks, the two fridges, and the AC system. The coffee table as my knee hit into it, I wish there was a bit more space between the couch , coffee table and tv, but the coffee table does look nice and is a must.
- Paul (10/5): Fun time! - Quite a surprise, we have never stayed in an AO hotel. The spa and sauna were fantastic. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
Unfortunately didn’t have time to check out the karaoke. Some of the tv channels were risqué.
- Baris (10/5): -
- COL (7/5): - It was funky. Too much bling.
- Lucia (10/5): - Loved having our private sauna in the room! The room provided everything we needed for a short stay (face masks, toothbrushes etc.) and the karaoke was a fun surprise!
- Peter (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf. - De ruime kamer met vele voorzieningen Niets!
- Simona (8/5): -
- Natalie (9/5): - Fantastic location. Everything about the hotel is great if you can get past the fact that it's a love hotel.
- Ann-Marie (5/5): Didnt realise it was a love hotel - The option of mini bar (additional cost but not too bad) the sauna and the hot tub We didn't know when booking it was a love hotel. We are in a same sex relationship and in a foreign country so didn't feel as safe and as comfortable as in other hotels.
Its not the hotels fault, it just seemed a little bit tacky in decor and just didnt feel very comfortable.
- Daniele (9/5): I would totally return here - Good location, nice room and very clean. Amazing spa and spa bathtub in the room. Bed is very low and a bit soft, staff doesn’t really interact with you and you can’t even see them, but I guess that’s a bit of the nature of this place. Had to request extra amenities otherwise weren’t replenished automatically.
- Christopher (9/5): - Staff and amenities were great Certain furnishings were broken or worn
- iesha (4/5): Very tight “hotel” - Walks away from the main areas and bus stops. Has karaoke in the room with a hot tub and sauna room. The amount I was charged was crazy for the space. There’s no real storage area for a small carry on. They also advertised free breakfast but I never received any. The better option is to pay when you get there to save hundreds of dollars.
- Stefano (7/5): -
- Bojan (10/5): It’s the second time we used this hotel and it’s absolutely amazing! It’s like spending your holidays in a SPA. -
Ras
- Jessica (10/5): Great location. Big rooms with lots of amenities. - Great location. Big rooms.
- Tim (8/5): -
- Altan (10/5): Fabulous - The staff were all fantastic and super kind
Very comfortable and well cared for. It’s super clean and the location is top Nothing
- Barry (7/5): -
- Rubin (9/5): - Amazingly fun place for couples! Would defo reccomend. A perfect cross of nice hotel and love hotel !
- Emilia Roxana (9/5): -
- Todo (10/5): -
- Anita (8/5): - Great location and clean. The steam sauna is nice. The bed was not very comfortable and the room a little stuffy
- Rodolfo (8/5): Camera spaziosa e tanti accessori ..
- Brian (6/5): - Hotel was ok. Adult only had a different meaning. It was a hotel that can be booked hourly I think it was a red light district but I felt safe. A little more research was needed by my part.
- Ryan (9/5): Very fun and worthwhile stay! Highly reccomend! - This was our first love hotel experience and we booked this simply for the cost savings with the amenities you get! The room had an amazing steam room, jacuzzi and spacious enough for our bags and all. The love hotels may get a bit of a stereotype, but it was so clean and private I would highly recommend this to anyone. The room was cleaned daily and everything was sanitized. Strong WiFi and welcome drinks! The location is in a quiet area of love hotels but walking distance to all the Shinjuku tourist areas. Walking distance to central bus station as well which was great for our departure to Fuji! Only downside was that the karaoke did not seem to work. Or we couldn’t seem to manage it.
- Fiona (8/5): -
- Aurélien (10/5): -
- Shawn (8/5): -
- Jack (8/5): - Room was big as was the bathroom. Close to all the action in Shinjuku about 10 minute walk to station Bed was like laying on a brick as were the pillows
- Josh (10/5): Amazing amenities like hot tub and sauna -
- Catriona (10/5): All the amenities you could want, and more - All the facilities and amenities you could ever want! We loved the sauna, massage chair and jacuzzi bath especially! The decor is very unusual but materials are very high quality and it was very clean. Make sure to try the Karaoke and costume rental! Great supply of toiletries.
Abbiamo incrociato qualche coppia come noi. L'ambiente è un po' sessualizzato in stanza, fuori è abbastanza anonimo, in stanza hai porno gratuiti in TV, condom, affitto abiti role play, ecc. Ma tutto super tranquillo!
Stanze dimensione suite, mega bagno e sauna privata.

- York Norbert Hugo (9/5): -
- Rebecca Mei-Gah (10/5): -
- Mark (10/5): -
- Francois (9/5): - Basically everything. Really nice staff, quiet hotel, but close to all the fun. Kareoke was fun on a rainy day. Bed was pretty hard, but it's Asia, so no problem
- Stephen (9/5): Good hotel - Great location, big room and bathroom, clean and very quiet Staff speaks no English so communication was difficult.

- CHI WING (7/5): -
- Chizu (5/5): -
- Gabriel (8/5): -
- Colleen (8/5): Enjoyed our stay. - The spa bath & steam room were great. Nil
- Dillan (5/5): Mediocre - I like that it is a love hotel which can be booked in advance and for multiple nights. Very standard love hotel and facilities for a very high price compared to other love hotels in the area.
- MIRAN (10/5): -
- Tamara (10/5): Quirky but awesome stay - Loved the hot tub, loved the quirkiness. Large room with a bunch of amenities. Everything was great here.
- Mohamad (10/5): Great location and room facilities. - I have been staying at this hotel my last few visits. I like it because it is close to the Higashi Shinjuku metro station. From there, it is convenient to get around. I requested for the same room I stayed the last time and the hotel was able to accommodate my request.
The hotel room is large and has all the amenities, including a bathtub, sauna, karaoke, fridge, microwave and kettle. There also provide the full range of bathroom amenities.
The staff were very helpful and there were English speaking staff around to help. Nil
- Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Room was huge and had own sauna/huge tub. Great freebees Kabukicho
- Valentijn (9/5): Amazing stay in a fun, quirky and extremely clean place in the heart of Shinjuku. - This is honestly a hidden gem within Shinjuku! I got an extremely spacious room plus sauna and massive hot tub for a bargain. And when I say bargain I mean that a room this size would be triple the price in “normal” hotels in Tokyo. The cleaning of the room was immaculate every day and amenities are being refilled DAILY. This place is a bit quirky as it is a love hotel but to me that only added to the charm of my Tokyo trip. Also, no noise can be heard from other guests so don’t worry if you are a light sleeper (such as me). Only thing I can say is: book book book! Staff doesn’t speak English which can be challenging sometimes. Although there’s a lot of tech and facilities certain things such as playing on music or movies on the TV (chromecast) don’t work. This is no dealbreaker however.
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
- Allan (9/5): Superb -
- Kilian (10/5): Highly recommend and worth every penny. If we ever return to Japan this will be the place to go. - The room was incredible. The staff re-stocked our fridge and toiletries daily. They provided everything we needed and high quality products. My skin was glowing! Would have liked more room in the fridge for personal store bought food. There was a vending machine for drinks which took up 85% of the fridge space.
- Georgios (9/5): Great location, spacious room. - It is exactly as in the photos.
Very good location.
Very helpful staff. Very minor thing, but the microphones for the karaoke didn't work.
- Chantelle (10/5): Fun, quirky place to stay - Great location, really clean and secure Nothing
- Óskar (2/5): Very poor - If it looks like á brothel, and smells like á brothel, it probable is a brothel. The smell was so bad that we did just spend few hours there of our planed two nights stay.
- Corey (8/5): Very good -
- Janyina (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious room
- Sarah (9/5): Fantastic stay was beyond expectations - Don’t let the reviews/location put you off. This hotel was in a fantastic location, near where we wanted to be. We prefer round here to centre of Tokyo, lots of bars and restaurants really buzzing vibe. We were apprehensive it being a ‘love hotel’ but it was great, had loads of ameneties and little extras, rooms were spotless and staff were really friendly, even let us check in a bit earlier after arriving on an early long flight. Went above and beyond and it’s great value for money. Nothing :)
- Tan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teamtoner1983 (8/5): Very good - The room was large and spacious The bed and pillows are hard and wasn't the most comfortable.
- Michael (8/5): Hotel was cool, folks outside were wild - Room was roomy with plenty of bathing options (including a mat which I believe has something to do with Nauru massages ha ha ha) Shinjuku ain’t for the godly or sensitive…modern day Sodom
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Michaels90 (10/5): Give it a shot! - So it's a "love hotel" but it does cater very well to regular people staying on a normal trip. Many hotel rooms in Tokyo are small, but these were pretty big, with plenty of room for our 4 suitcases. They have a huge hot tub, a dry sauna, kareoke (with English songs included) that had actual microphones and a speaker system, soundproofing (for obvious reasons), blackout lighting...the list goes on. Yes, the hotel isn't _designed_ -per se- for regular tourists, but it's honestly great. Plus, housekeeping is any time of the day so if you have a lie-in
no worries! Really liked this hotel. Having to give the key back every time we left was unnerving at first, although tbh you quickly get used to it and it's not a big deal at all. They don't enter the room unless you ask them to clean it. The screen over the window works great, but it really does keep all the light out so if you don't set an alarm you can easily sleep in! The food on room service that we tried wasn't great, but you're surrounded with places to eat so it's not really a big deal.
- Hanh (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was convenient and clean. Cigarette smells still linger
- Amy (9/5): Large and comfortable room. - The room is very large, and has separate toilet, a bathroom with a large spa bath, and a sauna room. There is a dressing room attached (not closed off), and the room has a sofa and coffee table. There is a karaoke setup, a large TV with multiple channels, and an excellent soundsystem with different types of music to choose from. There is a minibar, and a separate fridge for your own stuff. The hotel has an art deco style, and our room had one openable window. We did get some sound from the street, even with the window closed.
- Danielle (10/5): Exceptional - Huge spa and shower room in the room itself, plus the sauna was incredible. Many amazing extras like face masks and products to use. The pillows
- Jayde (7/5): Good - fun experience with the Karaoke, loved waking up and being able to have the sauna in the room. A little bit dated.
