• Kylie (3/5): Ok, won’t be back. - Location was good. Not enough blankets - they also need a wash. Drains have a bad egg smell in bathrooms, need blockers. The communal hall stinks, we think it’s the rubbish chute? Main cooler was loud. Main tv in lounge barely worked. Blind pulls off walls, door stop broken, needs maintaining & cleaning, washing of bedding…..

• Steven (1/5): Do not stay here - Nothing Dirty, broken kitchen sink, none of the doors to the balcony locked. Not great with a 3 year old. Staff didn't return text messages. Carpets were dirty. Couch was dirty. Air-conditioning hardley worked due to disguisting filters never cleaned. Avoid

• Amy (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was clean and comfortable Gave an expansion on how to pick up the keys but not how to get into the building. The key fob didn’t work to park my car so had to find parking on the streets. When I messaged about it, no one replied.

• Justin (4/5): Poor experience for the expense paid. - Aircon was cold Shower was filthy with mould build up and other peoples hair on walls and floor and shower head needs replacing due to calcium build up making water sprays going everywhere but on me, dusting and vacuuming needs proper attention. Lounge rug was filthy on top and underneath and couldn’t put baby on it. Spare linen in cupboards is filthy and needs a good wash. No garage clicker provided, extra back and forwards on phone and too and from key location, had to change hotels due to not having required keys to pick up at time of arrival.

That AirTrip promised to send a cleaning team to come and vacuum the carpets, which hadn't been done and to send a maintenance team to fix the non lockable glass sliding door out to the balcony, fix the bathroom handle almost falling off and the bad smell in the bathroom. No one came to do any of this during our stay as promised....very dissapointing!

Having two bathrooms was great Apartment wasn't cleaned on arrival. Messages to the third party manager were unanswered. Apartment not cleaned on the second day. Was cleaned at night after emailing Airtrip
• Robert (1/5): Total Garbage - Absolute garbage, $500 card holding, flew in late from out of town, I had no internet so couldn't do the pre-filled form. Basic information and emails looked like a scam, did not want to engage. They could not give me keys for ages, it took over 2 hours to phone back and forth, make you upload sensitive documents, I am pretty certain the site is not secure, it barely functioned on my phone once I was in town with good internet. The whole process made me late to a gig that I flew here for. Worst experience. Would much rather a normal hotel. The service on the phone was below average and the cost was stupid for what the room is.
• Arthur (6/5): Great location but refer issues above - Central Took us 3 hours to get in. As the address stated Harmony Residential. No one heard of Epi Centre. No reception or no one answered phone to tell us the address was the same. Tried ringing frequently with no answer. Eventually a text stated that it was the same address. Took us a while to get the keys. Issues with accommodation- No tea towel. No information re rubbish removal.
• Victoria (8/5): Mostly great - It was very clean and convenient There was not enough bedding for five people. We had no instructions how to get into the parking car lift and out.
• Clint (4/5): Fantastic location with a disappointing unit. - The location was excellent. The rooftop area is nice. The beds were awful. Lumpy and very uncomfortable. The aircon in the lounge was super loud. (bedroom ones were fine). One of the bedroom windows had no handle. There were flying bugs in the en-suite bathroom (not the bitey kind thankfully, but very annoying). Lots of small maintenance issues. The carpark uses a car elevator system - There was no warning about this at all until the day of check-in. If you're claustrophobic or have a large car (mid size SUV barely fit), then you won't be able to park here.

• Richard (4/5): Not the best. - Location was ok Aircon in main room unserviceable. T V channels lost and not fixed for most of the rental period. Location noisy with construction and other families up late.
• Jolanta (8/5): Very good - Location was good. Rooms were nice and clean Had lots of problems with the airstrip confirmation links they kept sending me. Also had trouble working parking elevator. A little more instruction would have been helpful
• Nikki (7/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable. - It was in a good location. The lounge room air condition sometimes made a very loud noise and the toilet in one bath room needed to be clean a little better as there was mould up in the bowl.
