Kath (2/5): Will not Return - No key available to get into property. Contact number message box always full. No one picking up phone. Took 2 phone calls to booking.com to get a reply. Booking.Com eventually made contact with them .Left sitting in foyer for over a couple of hours with bags. Missed a booking due to this disgraceful mess of checkin.. Had property for 2 nights but due to plane cancelled lost a full night's accommodation. Told them I would be there at 10am. Managed to get into property around 2pm on last day.Asked for discount and they didn't even bother to reply. Obviously they are all about taking your money with absolutely no customer service Communication very bad. $300 for damage deposit I have never heard of this before, 3 days and still not received return of deposit. They had a 11.30am property inspection while we had booked the Accommodation. When is it OK people coming into the property when your stuff is there and you have paid to stay there. This is bad management. Surely this should be done between rentals. Accommodation needs a good clean, used drink and food still in fridge, walls gruby, furniture is old. This is NOT a stunning apartment as advertised Stay at own risk...
