À recommender. - L’emplacement, la taille de l’appartement, proximité des commerces et des transports, calme et enfin récupération des clés de façon autonome, 2 salles de bain. Le manque d’obscurité pour dormir dans la chambre du haut et la non possibilité de manger à 8 dans la cuisine.
• Diba Hashim (10/5): great would like to repeat again - this house is landed and so spacious . two bathrooms with showers no hassle in the morning while getting ready for the day! really love the space and rooms are so spacious and comfy bed. clean bedsheet and everything in the kitchen are comfortable as home. too many stairs mind you if anybody with wheelchairs following your trip ,this unit is not suitable for you.
• Auksė (1/5): Seems this property they do not care about their customers. - On arrival day the apartment was not cleaned. We came a family of 6 people and had to find another place for stay for the first night. The property committed to refund us for the first night losses and not following their commitment. Also booking.com could not help us and reach the agreement with the property owners. Besides the property is asking in addition to pay waiver of £35.
• Julie (1/5): Déplorable - Dès la réservation sur booking, j’ai reçu sans arrêt, de la part de l’établissement ,des messages demandant à ce je règle des frais d’assurance supplémentaires . Booking m’a affirmé qu’aucun frais supplémentaire n’était à percevoir, la totalité ayant été payée. Ils ont egalement précisé que tout serait géré par leurs services s’il y avait le moindre problème une fois sur place. La veille du départ pour Londres, en soirée, j’ai relancé l’établissement afin d’obtenir les instructions d’arrivée : C’est alors qu’il m’a été annoncé par message que la réservation était annulée, une urgence « venant de se produire à l’instant »…. Ce qui evidemment n’est pas crédible, car j’aurai au moins dû recevoir dans les 2 jours précédents, les différentes informations pour préparer notre arrivée.(avec 3 enfants de moins de 10ans..) L’établissement, toujours via le chat, m’a affirmé prendre contact avec Booking pour me proposer en urgence une solution de relogement, ce qui n’a jamais été le cas: le service de client de Booking me l’a confirmé le lendemain . Plus aucune réponse ensuite la part de cet établissement. À savoir: Booking ne m’a proposé AUCUNE solution alors que nous étions sur place sans logement le jour J, à part la prise en charge de frais supplémentaires plafonnés pour lz logement que j’étais chargée de retrouver par moi-même en urgence. Expérience déplorable.

• Sandra (4/5): below expectations - The apartment was not clean. The kitchen cabinets were covered with fingerprints from previous tenants, and there were several cobwebs in the Velux windows. The bathtub couldn't hold water because the stopper didn't work. But the most frustrating issue was the lack of proper air conditioning. There were only small portable units that were not powerful enough to cool the apartment, making it impossible to sleep in the loft and on the upstairs sofa bed. As a result, one couple had to book a hotel room, incurring extra expenses.

• corrado (8/5): tutto bene ma..... - La posizione comoda ai mezzi, quartiere tranquillo. Apparetamento con tutta la privacy necessaria anche in 6 persone. Ambiente pulito e con tutti gli accessori necessari. Passato comunque un buon soggiorno. Letti comodi Le fotografie sul sito danno impressione di un loft comodissimo. In realtà classica casa inglese su tre piani con scalini piccoli e non molto adatti alle due persone anziane che erano nel nostro gruppo.

• Jose (10/5): Maravillosa para estar en familia - Está genial,teníamos la parada de autobús al lado de casa-la línea 453-te lleva hasta hasta el Big Ben en media hora y es súper cómodo;vas viendo toda la Ciudad!La casa tiene muchas escaleras y hay que andar con cuidado con los niños;pero está súper Bien;los baños nuevos;la cocina súper guay para desayunar todos juntos;además los colchones súper Cómodos y la casa estaba muy limpia;hemos Pasado unos días maravillosos;fuimos 5 adultos y tres niños;en el parquecito de en frente de la casa vimos un zorro y una ardilla Y los niños estaban encantados;barrio muy tranquilo. Las escaleras fue lo más incómodo ya que fuimos con una Persona mayor y le costó un poco hacerse a tanta escalera pero por Lo demás muy bien

The place is very clean, well designed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay - from kitchen essentials to small details that make you feel at home. The location is great - quiet but close to transport, shops and the city centre. The check-in instructions were clear and communication was fast and easy. The host was friendly, responsive and helped us a lot. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London.

A localização é boa com paragens de autocarro muito próximas para vários pontos da cidade, zona residencial calma com área comercial na sua envolvência Louça da cozinha mal lavada Teias de aranha nas janelas do "sótão" As casas de banho deviam ter toalhas para as mãos Na banheira de uma das casas de banho não se consegue abrir a torneira da água fria, tem que se tomar banho com água a escaldar Muitos degraus

• Jorge (9/5): Great stay, would stay again. - Good location with markets and pubs nearby. Short 20 min walk to london bridgge and borough market.
• Wendy (9/5): We had a lovely family get-together in this fab property - Location very close to bus stop & 15 min walk to tube/train station. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Nice little courtyard at entrance (a small table & chairs would work well there) ! Spacious living/kitchen area which was light and airy with high ceilings & rooflights, as was entrance hall. Very comfy beds with nice cotton linen and soft carpet in bedrooms with nice wooden floors elsewhere. The weather was very hot during our visit so we had to have the windows open along with the fans on which resulted in flies entering and landing in drinks, on food etc. The mezzanine bedroom was particularly hot. Air con would be a huge plus for this almost perfect property.

• Jacob (10/5): Exceptional - Really comfy stay for our group. Quiet street, just a 2mins walk to the bus, and super easy to get to central London. The house felt like a real home it's nicely decorated, well-equipped, and cozy!

• Fadi (10/5): Exceptional - This property had it all style, comfort, and space for our group. It didn’t feel crowded at all! Everyone had their own space to unwind and the host was responsive and super helpful. Definitely one of the best group stays we’ve had.

I had paid in full a few weeks before our visit, but to my distress we were not allowed to enter the property unless we made a further payment. There was rubbish strewn all over the courtyard when we arrived
• Yee (2/5): Very poor - It was a decent space for 7 pax The bed frame in one of the rooms kept falling apart, even after the host came to fix it. We ended up sleeping on the floor most nights. Very unacceptable as a proper bed is the most basic facility that should be provided

• Joanna (4/5): VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE PAID TO STAY HERE. - Not much to be honest. When I arrived I had to walk through piles of rubbish in the front yard area. There were ripped bin bags and sanitary towels and beer bottles all over the floor. The front door had graffiti on it. When they came to sort it out they still left the bags of rubbish behind which were opened up again by some animal the following day.The main bathroom shower was unusable as the thermostatic control wasn’t attached to the shower properly. The grouting around both bath and shower cubicle looked like it had been painted on by a child. The bedside lamp had a two pin plug so was unusable. For a property that sleeps 8 there was not enough comfortable seating. The place was cold and hard. I have had no luck getting any response from the property or booking.com about a partial refund or some recompense for this stay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AT ALL!
• Marwasaleh (9/5): Great stay - House is clean and has almost everything you need for a stay. Location beside a bus stop fairly connected and Tower Bridge walkable distance with walking to further iconic places. Amazing prompt staff. Setup a baby cot easily and answered all queries. No parking, one bedroom door didn't close. A note to families that there are many stairs so dangerous for crawling kids, also note one of the double beds is in loft as an open area with living room beneath it, so no privacy. If I'm the owner I'd switch it with single beds that are in a room to have 2 closed rooms of double beds
