Donna (8/5): - The lady who cleaned the apartments was amazingly helpful throughout our stay... The only downside is it is advertised very incorrectly....if you want a room with a balcony then you sacrifice a bathroom as you only have a shower over the toilet...and nowhere to put anything...but we managed...
Jonas (1/5): It was shockingly unprofessional - A lot of things went wrong... at first, it wasn't easy to find the apartment because neither the description nor the owner told us how to enter the apartment (the name on booking.com does not fit the sign at the building). When we found our room number, we met a guy who had freshly painted our room. On top, the appointed apartment was not the one from the pictures we had booked. As we texted the owner about the problem, he told us to wait for him (we waited for about one hour, and he never showed up). Then he said he booked another apartment for us. When we knocked at the newly appointed apartment, another visitor opened the door, saying that he had kind of a similar problem with his reservation before... After that, we had had enough, and told the owner that we will cancel the reservation and search for another apartment (he was kind of fine with that)
