• Gilly (7/5): - The location was great for getting to places around Florence. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment had most of the facilities required for a short stay in the city. The apartment was clean. The location for noise - it was very noisy on a night. When I read the reviews, I just expected normal city noise, but on the last night, neither my husband nor I could sleep due to all the people in the street until the early hours in the morning. We had all the windows closed, and it was still incredibly noisy. The apartment is also very small, and there is nowhere to hang/store clothing properly - only a few hangers on a shelving unit, not ideal.
• Sze Ling (7/5): Consider the price n short stay is ok - Close n with kitchen , the staff has fast response n helpful Th blanket n pillows is too old , the cover are too thin , n not closed. It was so easy to take off. N not enough rubbish bin plastic bag if staying over 2 nights. . Also g Hot water only last 10- 15 mins for every 1 hr. However, the location for this price is cheaper than those nearby.

• Greg (1/5): Don’t stay here. - The location was good. When we first arrived at the property there was a bad smell that smelt like sewage coming from the bathroom. Over the next two days the smell progressively got worse until we woke up on the third day and noticed a brown liquid on the bathroom floor coming out from under the sink. After this happened we messaged the hosts that we would be leaving the property to stay elsewhere and that we would like a partial refund for the unused nights. The hosts then agreed that they would initiate a partial refund for the unused nights. After over a month had passed I noticed we never received the agreed upon refund and I asked the property about it multiple times and even called Booking.com about it. They acted like we never communicated with them about the issue and refused to give us a refund. They later again refused to give us the refund we agreed to due to “administrative issues.” The sewage smell and the brown liquid were disgusting and the host was dishonest with us. Being told we would get a refund and then lying to us that we never were supposed to get a refund in the first place is ridiculous. I would highly advise against staying here.

• Claudine (9/5): Piso encantador - Super céntrico, cerca del estación . Tiene tiendas, supermercado, restaurante a su alrededor. El piso es super cómodo, limpio, con todo por poder cocinar. El sistema de la puerta del piso, a veces me ha fallado, y es muy ruidoso.
