• Steve (10/5): Great location - Great apartment - Very helpful host. - Location was great for what we needed, close to everything that we required. The apartment is spacious and well maintained, cannot find fault at all. Our host was a great help with any queries we had and was a fantastic help in securing a second set of keys at short notice.
• Carla and Greg (7/5): Great location and facilities handy to transport and South Bank. - Very handy location. That it was self contained and had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Having a car space was great. Olivia was efficient and responded quickly to enquiries. Lounge/dining furniture was very basic. One of the chair legs needs tightening. Outdoor area needed attention - water blasting to freshen it up. Some pot plants etc to make it more welcoming. The photo showing where lock box is located was out of date and made locating the key confusing. Instructions/photo need updating
• Julianne (6/5): Terrible check in services. Poor communication. Comfortable stay. Excellent location. - Comfortable facilities in an excellent location Check-in and subsequent communication with Host stay. As 2 disabled older women we requested either a place to leave luggage or earlier check in than 3pm. Were told to ask on the day. We were denied the request so waited for 2 hours in a nearby cafe until 3… then walked to the lock box - one block from the location to find no key. Then waited 40 minutes after check in time - standing with luggage and mobility access equipment until the cleaner arrived with the key. Rang the emergency number 3 times. Each time was advised they would call me back with information and they never did… it was only through repeated calling/texting that I found out the cleaner was on the way.
• Shirley (10/5): - We had late glitches with sending photo ID before getting check-in and sending photos of key placement so felt abit suspicious .. maybe over cautious but we loved the stay … great location for walking everywhere.

• Kaye (8/5): Overall it was excellent - It was spacious, clean and good location. Beds were comfortable. There was a strange smell in the apartment that was very strong every time you came back in.

• Julie (6/5): Terrible information and directions - The apartment was lovely and clean with a great outside area I have never stayed at a property where it was so difficult to check in. Firstly a $500 dep plus Id plus a selfie screams scam. So an hour half later of driving I returned from their office to pay face to face - not impressed. Checkin well you would think they would give you the correct address but no. Arrived at the property none of the lock boxes worked eventually called to be told no the lock box is at a different address. Great so off we go, in peak hour in a one way street. That sorted we return and enter the carpark to discover the carpark number does not exist. Eventually we call again, oh surprise surprise the car park entrance is at a different address. This information again was not supplied. Would I stay there again, no chance purely due to the stress, watch out for this company when booking through booking.com and don’t do it
• Jacque (10/5): - Everything about the property itself was perfect. I couldn't ask for more. Trying to communicate with the owner was frustrating. Collecting the key for the apartment was unnecessarily difficult and completely strange.

The process of getting keys etc was painful & the management was overly authoritarian taking a $400 security deposit & then hassling for a photo of the returned keys. Also would not provide a second set of keys without charging $122. Requested that we take our rubbish out etc. Certainly not the hotel experience!

• Tracy (10/5): This was a lovely apartment with a big balcony, great location and good check in process. - The location was amazing, short walk to the Convention Centre and to South Bank Parklands. It was great to have secure parking on the site and it was very convenient to walk everywhere from the apartment. It felt very safe to walk back to the apartment after dark. It would be good to have an extra set of keys. Everything else was great. :)

• Holly (4/5): Challenging on many levels - Unit itself very nice The rigmarole to actually check in and the fact that it was highly unsuitable for elderly and or mobility challenged people not to mention the absolute nightmare of sending identification documents and payment information ahead of time all via smart phone etc along with needing to do all that just to locate the key down the road. All too much drama. Should be made clear it’s not an easy place to access without a good working knowledge of tech and not great if you’re hobbling around on walking sticks as our family was both almost ninety. Zero real understanding form owners. Should be better explained ahead of booking. Fed
• Imogen (6/5): Good apartment and location, lacked ammenities, property managers so so. - Location was ideal, the apartment was clean and tidy. The apartment was spacious and it was a good price. The apartment was lacking in some basic items including a bottle opener, bowls, bath mats (only towels were provided), an extra set of keys and there weren't basic items in the kitchen such as paper towel. The hosts were difficult to work with. I immensely disliked their payment system, the way payment came through via email was odd, they also state they take AMEX which they currently don't which was an issue for us. The accommodation company managing the property was difficult to contact while staying in the apartment. I also requested an early check in and I was told that I would be informed the day of, which I wasn't and had to follow up myself. The pre-check in information via web page was okay which I received the day of check in but at this point it was too late to request an extra set of keys without paying an additional fee, this was annoying given it was a business trip and we had guests coming and going from the apartment. This option should have been provided well before check in. I wouldn't stay here again because the apartment lacked basic items (as mentioned above) and the property managers lacked efficient processes.
