• David (6/5): Beautiful property and great location with amazing potential after some corrections - The location was fantastic and the house was clearly high quality and clean with anything you would need. It has the potential to be a top tier property. My major concern was with the bed situation and overall value for money. It was advertised as having full beds in each of the four bedrooms along with a sofa bed. However, in truth two of the bedrooms only had a single bed while the sofa bed was a clic clac sofa with no linen that could only accommodate a small child at best. The top number of people who could comfortably stay in this property is six, not the nine advertised (or eight that was in my party). This in conjunction with the large cleaning fee (£299 for one night) resulted in my overall rating not being as high as it could have been.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - I had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful 4-bedroom house near Oxford Circus! The location couldn’t be more perfect. The house itself is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 6, and the 4 bedrooms gave us more than enough space to spread out. Both bathrooms were spotless and equipped with high-end fixtures—definitely a bonus! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting London!
