within 2 min walk to get essentials. Good size for a family of 4 or 2 couples. The gym could do with an upgrade. No weights and machines didn't work.

Fantastic hosts with clear security & car park instruction but they also kept in regular touch to ensure everything was ok.

Being fully equipped eg dishwashing liquid, soap powder, soap and shampoo etc. Availability of host in easy contact Nothing but knowing their was steep stairs to the bedrooms might have affected our decision.

- Mandy (8/5): Great location and convenience - The location was fantastic. There was a general store conveniently located underneath the complex, and it was just a short walk into the CBD. This made it easy to explore and access everything we needed. We recently stayed in a hotel apartment with 3 adults and 1 child. While the space was generally comfortable and clean. There was only one 2-seater couch, alongside 4 dining chairs, which meant that two of us had to use the dining chairs for seating. Over time, this became a bit uncomfortable for relaxing.
Adding an additional 2-seater couch or a couple of armchairs would greatly improve the comfort of the living space for groups like ours. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the other amenities the apartment provided.

Was the perfect apartment for a family trip to Adelaide from Melbourne. - To e location, we used the car park provider for our car and it sat there the entire time. We were able to walk everywhere! We went to the market, Rundle mall, and then walked to Adelaide Oval for the football match. Some local cafe's and restaurants were amazing, and all within 1km of the property. It needed a deeper clean, the shower grout/plastic seal were dirty, the carpets and especially up the stairs/in the common walkways. The door handles looked like they were going to fall off. The front gate needs to be fixed to open it properly. These things did not affect my stay at all, just some feedback!

The kids enjoyed the pool and bbq area - It was very clean with great facilities and great location With a pub/bar at the end of the street it could get noisy late a night. Street access to the property could pose a safety risk.

- Wade (10/5): Fantastic stay - Fantastic Apartment with plenty of space. The features of the complex were excellent, Pool/Gym and other activities to do from inside the accommodation. The only small downside was the location of the apartment being directly on the semi busy street, and only a small veranda between the street and the front door. At times did not feel completely safe with a few questionable characters hanging around outside.
