Anonymous (1/5): This has been a very negative experience - I can’t comment on the actual apartment as my booking was cancelled by the host 24hrs prior to my arrival due to water leakage I was informed a 100% refund would be processed immediately I have asked several times for proof of this but 10 days later I am still waiting and no sign of my £450 refund. They initially offered to help me find alternative accommodation but when I asked if they had any other accommodation they ignored my message so I was left to sort it out myself.
Laura (3/5): Location good , however for price much better property’s available in the area. We travelled for a wedding, our property - The property’s location was good and was spacious for the area. The property is really run down and unsafe when travelling with a toddler. Doors/ mirrors hanging off, loose wires, radiator in kitchen hanging off. Bathrooms mouldy and dirty. Broken glasses left on table display and table wear dirty.
Susan (5/5): Disappointed. - Good location Needs upgrading, needs repainting, radiator in kitchen area loose, no teaspoons in cutlery draw Beds (mattresses) were comfortable but really could do with replacing bottom of beds. Arrived on time of check in , no keys available Had to ring owner, girls apologised for laundry Bed sheets and towels not arrived to make up beds. Unfortunately for our time spent there we still were without towels. Overall the apartment was clean.
Christopher (5/5): Does the job, just. No frills and needs more than a bit of paint. - Clean and did the job. Easy to talk to the people who manage it. Old, wear and tear, dated. Needs an uplift. No water pressure and you WILL have a bath whether you want it or not given the time it takes for the water to evacuate.
