• Marija (4/5): - It is close to the metro A. The are has all you need such as restaurants, bars, pharmacy, shops, markets. The flat is with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and has enough of space. I have to give a negative review because we did not have internet access in the flat during our entire stay. We reported it, and they stated it will be resolved the next day. We reported again the next day and received the same promise for the following day, and so on until the last day. Nowadays, not having access to the internet is a serious disadvantage. Other things were OK, but the problem with the internet made our stay unpleasant.
• Ganachkova (9/5): Good place to stay - A nice apartment with new renovation, and it's very convenient that there are two bathrooms. There are hair dryers and irons. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. There are soft towels and good bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, etc.). It's located near the metro, and there are tasty cafes nearby. We liked everything. There were some issues with check-in, but the host resolved everything. Although we had to wait for a while.
• Janusz (9/5): Wygodny, dobrze wyposażony apartament w nieturystycznej dzielnicy. - Dobrze wyposażony apartament z dwoma łazienkami zlokalizowany na drugim piętrze wewnątrz zamykanego osiedla. Sprawnie działająca, cicha klimatyzacja. Dużo miejsca na ubrania i przywiezione rzeczy. Dostępne żelazko, deska do prasowania, pralka. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Gustowne wnętrze. Polecam. Przydałby się drugi komplet kluczy. Warto rozważyć zmianę opisu - apartament nie znajduje się 30 metrów od metra ale około 400m, a punkt zaznaczony na mapie Booking.com nie odpowiada adresowi.

• MARÍA NOELIA (8/5): Muy bueno - A pesar de que está lejos del centro, la ubicación está bien. Cafetería, restaurantes cercanos bastante buenos y fácil transporte hasta el centro. Cerca de un McDonald. El exterior del edificio, tiene mucho que mejorar. Necesita arreglos ya que se ve un poco dejado. Entiendo que es una comunidad y que puede que no sea tan fácil el arreglo.

• Gabriel (10/5): Enjoyed everything, I would choose this property to stay every single time I return to Rome - I really enjoyed the area, the silence and the view. The design and the comfort of the apartment makes you feel very spoiled. Everything very clean and tidy up , not being necessary to worry about anything. The host is vey nice , gave us all the instructions and was very patient in explaining everything to us.
• Terenzio (10/5): SOGGIORNO CON FAMIGLIA - La posizione è ottima vicino alla metro per raggiungere facilmente il cuore di Roma. appartamento molto bello, grande e soprattutto pulito. Facile il check-in ed il check-out. Manuel si è dimostrato un host attento e disponibile e pronto a dare consigli. Consiglio vivamente questa location. Forse manca qualche tazza e tazzina se vuoi fare una colazione a casa. Ma per il resto è tutto ok
• Nuria (7/5): Buen apartamento - El apartamento está bien para una estancia de 3 días. Es más pequeño de lo q se ve en las fotos, pero funcional para una familia de 4, y tiene 2 baños. Ubicación cerca de metro, ideal para moverte. Apartamento muy limpio. Comunicación difícil con el propietario, costaba que te respondiera. Entramos al apartamento por primera vez gracias a que los vecinos salían. Tardo 1.30h en responder, menos mal que la clave de la puerta de entrada del apartamento nos la había dado previamente. Menaje muy justo en la cocina.

• Kabak (10/5): It was a beautiful and a very apartment. We had a short and comfortable stay with my family. House owners were very help - Cleanliness No dryer for clothes for short stays
• De (8/5): Very good - I have been to many places in Italy and this is far out the most cleanly finished appartment I've visited. It's just outside the tourist center so cheap food. The amazing Parco Dei Aquadotti nearby Kitchen could be more equipped with extra cutlery/cups. However the coffee machine was good with nice coffee!
• Adriana (10/5): Great stay in Rome - I went for a short trip to Rome with my family includind a 2 year old baby. Everything was perfect. The host recommended us some nearby restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Nearby are a lot of local shops, restaurants, Conad supermarket, H&M etc. Also across the street you could find a great gelateria. The metro station it's close from the apartment. Manuel it's a really great host and the apartment it's newly renovated. If you are coming with a baby and you don't have a rented car keep in mind that the main touristic objectives are like 30-40 minutes away by subway.

The design was as shown in the photos, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows, and having two bathrooms was a big advantage. It was equipped with everything one may need, from a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster and coffee machine to an iron. The location was perfect—out of the noise of the city, but at the same time, everything one might need was in the neighborhood. We would come here again. The sound insolation in the building wasn't really good, so one could hear the neighbors, but not late at night. So it was not as important

• Olha (10/5): Exceptional - thanks! we really liked the accommodation! it is right next to the subway and there is a supermarket and clothes shops (h&m...) nearby. the apartment has all amenities! the design is very beautiful as in the photo! we were delighted
• Eleni (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment was very nicely furnished exactly as the pictures showed on Booking.com. The apartment was not clean. We found conceptions in the room. Very dirty. One of the 2 showers did not work. The owner could not be reached when we arrived at the location. Despite the fact we were 1 hour earlier as agreed even Booking.com could not reach the owner immediately. The boy that brought eventually the keys after more than 45 minutes waiting on the street did not speak even one word English. It must be said, that the owner gave us a free breakfast, which was 4 coffee and 4 stuffed croissants, but this could not compensate the bad quality of the service. Not recommendable at all!
