The apartment is the perfect size for a group of four or a small family, spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable, yet cozy and homely at the same time. The layout is practical and makes it easy to maintain a natural daily rhythm without feeling cramped. The location is outstanding for anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful stay while still being close to the city’s main attractions. The Old Town is about a 10–15 minute walk away, which means you can reach all the important sights quickly, but the apartment itself is situated in a quiet, green area. You don’t feel like you’re near the busy Old Town at all it’s calm, relaxing, and ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. One of the major advantages is the private parking space, which is incredibly convenient if you’re traveling by car and want to avoid the hassle of searching for parking. Right nearby there is also a business center with various restaurants and cafés, offering plenty of dining and coffee options. Additionally, a large supermarket is located directly across the street from the apartment, which made grocery shopping quick and easy during our stay. The host was extremely accommodating and welcoming. Communication was smooth, the check-in was easy, and we received all the information we needed right away. We felt genuinely taken care of, and the host’s friendliness added even more value to our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Golden Rose to anyone looking for comfortable, practical, and peaceful accommodation close to the Old Town, especially families with children or small groups of friends. It’s an ideal place for those who want the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience, with restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket just steps away. Rating: 5/5, we would gladly return.
• Margharet (10/5): Perfect location and wonderful stay! - Golden Rose Apartment impresses with its excellent location, just a ten-minute walk from the Old Town. The private, gated parking area in the courtyard is a huge advantage, the car can be seen directly from the apartment, which provides extra security. The apartment is on the ground floor, with no stairs, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The host, Petra, is extremely kind and welcoming. Great value for money and definitely a place I would love to stay again! 🌹

The private parking is a huge advantage, especially in this part of the city. The apartment is in a quiet spot, yet still close to everything you might need shops, restaurants, beaches, and cozy cafés. The host is extremely friendly, helpful, and always available. We especially appreciated the assistance with the DU Pass, which includes various activities and really enhanced our stay. Thanks to that, we got to explore and enjoy so much more of what the city has to offer.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-located accommodation with a great host. A big plus is the private parking right in front of the apartment, so your car is always safe and within sight. The place is very clean, modern, and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you might need, and the bed is extremely comfortable. We really felt at home here. The hosts were very kind and helpful, and communication was quick and easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-located place near the city center we would gladly stay here again!

Petra was such a wonderful and caring host — always kind, helpful, and ready to assist us with anything during our time in Dubrovnik. The apartment is cozy, beautifully decorated, and has private parking, which made everything so easy. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Old Town. Petra also kindly let us check out later and keep our car parked until the afternoon. We’ll definitely come back — it truly felt like home!
• jean (8/5): Great apartment near old town. - Nice modern apartment next to a supermarket.,with easy access to the old town. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with nice balcony. Communication with the owner was good and we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it To anyone staying in Dubrovnik. Whole area is full of hills and steps So anyone with mobility problems needs to take this on board. Could do with a light at back of property we arrived at night and was difficult to find in dark !

El apartamento lo bien situado que está, aunque es una zona un poco oscura por la luz es totalmente segura. Supermercado a pocos minutos. Apartamento como en las fotos, limpio, cocina muy cómoda para cocinar y comer. Habitación grande con cama grande y cómoda. Tiene una terraza con su mesa y sillas. Perfecto para pasar unos dias en Dubrovnik. El cuarto de baño bastante pequeño.

A very good communication with the owner. The apartment is modern, the terrace very nice and the place cosy.

Very comfortable balcony for spending some hours in the evening:) The owner always online, so if U have any questions, she always helps. Old town is in 12..15 mins walking. The beach is also in 12..15 mins avaliable. :))) too small toilet. But it depends on each preferences) OK for me, not so comfortable for girls )) And non-conditioned bedroom, with the window which opens on the walking area. Other room is with conditioning and also with balcony doors ! :) But I guess there is normal for houses in New Town Dubrovnik.

• Laura (7/5): Dubrovnik ist definitiv eine Reise wert – die mächtigen Festungsanlagen und die historische Altstadt sind beeindruckend. - Die Unterkunft ist so wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet. Wir waren überrascht eine solche Wohnung für den Preis zu bekommen. Der Kontakt mit Petra war herzlich und sehr gastfreundlich. Ihre Anweisungen mit Video waren echt eine grosse Hilfe. In der Nähe ist ein Einkaufsladen. Parken inbegriffen. Als wir in den Innenhof hineingefahren sind, waren wir zunächst etwas irritiert. Das Gebäude wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, und rund um das Haus wurde offenbar schon länger nicht mehr gefegt. In einer Ecke des ohnehin sehr engen Innenhofs, der als Parkplatz dient, lagen verschiedene Gegenstände, deren Zweck für uns nicht ersichtlich war. Auch die Treppe war mit Laub bedeckt – das hinterließ zunächst keinen guten ersten Eindruck. Doch sobald man die Tür zur Wohnung öffnet, betritt man eine ganz andere Welt: Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll und herzlich eingerichtet, sauber, ruhig und gemütlich. Wir waren spürbar erleichtert. Ein weiterer Hinweis: Zur Innenstadt läuft man etwa 20 Minuten – das sollte man einplanen, wenn man zentral wohnen möchte.
• John (10/5): It’s absolutely worth the money considering the apartment’s design, location, and the added benefit. - I had a wonderful stay and was truly impressed by the host’s hospitality. He was very kind and helped me find a parking spot — although with his help, it was quite easy to find one anyway. I’m extremely, extremely satisfied with the location — it’s very close to the Old Town, and you can just leave the car and explore on foot.

• Kate (10/5): Perfect for a long weekend visiting Dubrovnik - Lovely little apartment. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. Space has been maximised and thought and attention have clearly gone into the design, decor and extras. (Eg, it was nice that the crockery, glasses etc all matched.) Host was very friendly. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the old town. If it's hot, I recommend downloading the Bolt app to order a taxi. It only costs a few euros each way. The shower is a bit awkward to use due to where it's been placed. Also you have to squeeze past the sofa bed (when it's in bed mode) to get to the balcony. Both of these things were pretty minor niggles though and I don't think they could be changed due to the size of the rooms.

While the building itself is older, the apartment feels brand new and is in impeccable condition. It offers everything we could possibly need, and more. Spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, it made for a wonderful stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the old town and conveniently close to supermarkets. Parking on-site was a great bonus. The host was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, making our experience even better. We couldn't be more satisfied with our stay! Nothing to complain about.
• Rūta (9/5): Recommend - Great apartment location. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The old town is very close to the stop. Also, the most beautiful beach in the whole city, BELLEVUE, was 6-10 minutes away, which is fantastic. The apartment had all the necessary kitchen equipment and plenty of dishes. It was great that there was an outdoor dryer and a washing machine with laundry products. The hostess is nice and responds quickly to messages. The strong smell of cleaners, especially in the kitchen, was a bit irritating.

The host stocked the kitchen with essentials, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host, Petra, provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions - communication was seamless!

The apartment is nicely decorated with interesting details and fully equipped, very comfortable, clean and spacious. A big plus is free parking in front of the accommodation. Petra was very accommodating and helpful from the beginning of the reservation to the end. I will definitely choose this accommodation again.

Parking for free in the perimeters, a bit difficult to enter though if you don't have a small car. But there is an option to parking outside the property. Petra was really helpful ☺️ The toilet flush is too high, difficult to reach 😅

Parking is free and safe. It's not far from the city centre 10 to 15 min walk through amazing streets of Dubrovnik. Strongly recommended place for families!
